This collar includes a USB charging cable.
How do you charge the battery?

To charge, plug the cable into the battery. The other end of the cable can be plugged into the USB port of a laptop, notebook, outlet or any other charging device. When the battery is charging, the illuminating strips will glow dimly. The light will switch off when the battery is fully charged.
I see that there are different options for the light setting but is there an off setting or is the lights on whenever there is a charge in the battery?

The collar has an off setting so you do not have to wait for the full battery to die.

doesn’t last

I got this for when we go camping so I could see my pup but it hardly lasts. The first night it was fine, I charged it the next day as well but then after that it hardly stays charged and doesn’t stay lit for the time we need it to. Wish I Just bought a better one in the first place

just right

Our 9mo old lab loves to play tug on these knotted ropes. It’s also hard to find ones that are knotted well enough that she doesn’t want to just eat the end. She likes to whip it around in her mouth to entice other dog friends to tug on it with her soo it’s the perfect size!

Not even a week.

Weve had this on our dog about a week and at first it somehow kept turning itself on and off and then stayed on and couldnt be turned off. I havent contacted anyone yet but I definately cant recommend.

really is mammoth size

This is great for a dog who is large or lives large rope toys! I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 just because the rope is soft which I like, but if you have a chewer of any sort they may break this one sooner.

Disappointed, but will purchase again.

This collar fits well, is durable, and very bright. I never had any issues with the first collar I purchased, but the second has never worked properly. Since January, the light has worked about 50% of the time. It finally stopped all together, so I’m hoping that the next one I receive will be better.

Don’t Buy It!

We didn’t even have this a month and it quit working right, then a few weeks later just stopped working entirely. We had another brand that lasted a year and a half. We couldn’t find that one again. This lasted about 5 weeks total and that wasn’t even working right. Don’t waste your money.

poor quality

Not a quality product at all. First one purchased would not adjust to the size it said it would fit. That one was replaced with a smaller size which fit fine but stopped working in less than a month. It is a great idea but poorly created considering it’s to be worn by a dog.

Great safety measure

We live out in the country, so when it gets dark, it’s really dark. I bought this collar (in pink) to make us a little more visible when we walk after dusk. I wish I had counted how many uses we got before having to charge it again, but I didn’t think about it. However, the charge did last through several (at least 5) 30- to 60-minute walks.

Love this bright collar in pink. It has been working for about a year until tiny black wire attached to battery broke off but it was still working. Ordering another one! Satisfied customer!!
