    best grains

By kois on Dec 13, 2021

oats, milo and millet are the healthiest grains for cats, much better than corn or potatoes. i'm not sure why no one has thought of using these in cat foods before, but i've read a lot of good things about them. since most cat foods have some type of starch, i'd rather have these than any others. yes, it may take your cat a bit of time to get used to the change, but i feel it's worth it to make the change if your cat food has other grains.

    Good if they’ll eat it….

By Karmc on Sep 10, 2021

I really liked the ingredients in this food so I gave it a try. My cats seemed to love it at first but once the first bag was finished and I opened the second bag they refused to eat it. I’m not sure why.

My fussy 15 year old cat loves this!

    By Donnadaisy333 on Jul 29, 2021

My poor old kitty was not feeling well. She was turning her nose up at her regular food and snacks. The local pet store offered this as a sample and my fluffy Sophie decided, yes, I will eat this. Hurray! What a relief! Thank you for carrying Inception.

    Hard pass on this food

By amber on Jul 24, 2021

Tigger didn't care for this food at all. I mixed it in with his usual food and he picked around it to get to his normal kibble. Disappointed considering it's more pricier than the regular stuff we get.

solid choice and cat likes it

By Ollie on Dec 13, 2020

Took several tries for my 16 year old and her 'selective' food preferences. Yet, she loves this food and even gained some necessary weight. And, I truly value the ingredients - 70% animal protein; yet, crude protein is 30%, while crude fat is 14%. Great combination.

    Ferrets like it

By Valbethw on Jan 29, 2021

My ferrets really like this and I like it has no peas, wheat, corn and soy. First two ingredients are meat, and the price is reasonable.

FINALLY found the perfect dry cat food :)!

    By JasminesMommy5 on Sep 25, 2020

I have searched for SO long to find a dry food with these exact ingredients. It has 30% protein (in the chicken formula) too.. Perfect, not too high for my 13 yr old senior kitty. She also has only 4 teeth and has no problem chewing this. SO happy to find a Pea/ Legume/ Chickpea FREE DRY food. Every other kind that has these bare ingredients always has high protein content, but I personally worry they may be too high for senior kitties. I am not sure because my Vet actually recommended wet only (for the moisture) which is high in protein itself. I have 4 cats aged 3 to 13 yrs, so I try to find foods they all can share...and like to eat too! Sometimes not an easy task...only my one 7 yr old kitty I have searched for SO long to find a dry food with these exact ingredients. It has 30% protein (in the chicken formula) too.. I also feed them all a high quality wet food twice a day too, which has plenty of protein and moisture. But I like to make sure they have enough so I like to put a little dry out too. I try to mix both fish and fowl....SO HAPPY I found this food...PLEASE keep it in stock. I don't think it's been discovered by enough people. I believe the brand is from Colorado and I'm in the southeast so it's not easy to find here. The company seems to have good quality control for their product, so it's very reassuring. … more
