Stomach issues
My one food sensitive cat is a pain to try and find food for. I eliminated chicken after he refused to eat the prescribed cat food after 2 years. Finding food with no chicken is tricky but I've tried just about every one I can find. When I get a new one I try to integrate it slowly but sometimes that doesn't work. If he likes the food he will eat one bag but when you buy another thinking you have found the ONE he refuses the second bag. He's such a brat. Anyway, this food gives him diarrhea even after 2 weeks so no luck for us.
Great for cats with chicken allergies
I was excited about this food since I have a cat with chicken allergies & wanting something that doesn't make her sick & isn't just fish. All 9 of my cats like this food & it also has high fiber so I can feed to one cat that needs a high fiber diet to help stop her chronic diarrhea issue. It really is for every cat in my household!
Inception fails to make cat food with the slightest appeal to cats!
This is the third flavor of dry cat food created by Inception that my own cats totally reject! I don't know why since it does smell kind of fishy, is in cute little pellet balls, and appears to offer quality ingredients. All I really know is that none of my cats will eat it. 4 out of 5 wouldn't even try it. The 5th one, took a nibble and walked away, never coming back to it again. I finally made the rest of the bag feral cat food. They do eat it, probably because they have no other choice; however, even the hungry ferals don't polish it off with any relish. Oddly enough, my little fussy dog does seem to like Inceptions pork dry dog food, so maybe Inception should stick to feeding dogs. No cat fans in this household!
Finally, hypoallergenic dry food
I needed to find a palatable dry food that does not contain chicken or legumes, both allergens to my kitties. They both love this! I am using this to supplement their primarily wet food diet. Bonus that the kibble size is so small since both are missing a couple of teeth.
Bag of Plenty
My three delightful critters first had Inception's chicken formulation and their response to it has heartened me to write a review of this apparently delicious kibble that has gone over with them in an even bigger way. Perhaps it is the turkey with herring meal -- the first two ingredients -- that are so good to them in combination, but it also has turkey fat, dandelion greens, etc. I'll keep on keeping this around.

I tried introducing many different kibbles (cat scoffed at wet food) for my 14 year old cat with relentless vomiting, itching, and occasional diarrhea until I found this food. The only one without potatoes or legumes that did not have ROSEMARY EXTRACT. That was the common culprit in all the other healthy options I fed him, and since being on this food, his excessive licking, fur mowing, digestive issues, and irritability have vanished. My sweet affectionate boy is back and he's thriving with more energy than I've seen him have in years!! Thank you, Inception!!!
Good product
My cat loves this food. I recommend it highly. This is my Cat's favorite food. He always has to have it during meal time.
