    head cat mom

By Horsezee on Dec 20, 2020

Wow!! I have two senior neutered male cats that get dry and wet ( canned) food. Both meowed as I put a 1/2 cup down to try. Kyle is too thin, he gets an appetite stimulant and he loves this food. He ate from the bowl at least 5 times so far without gorging. Teddee my fat cat nibbled at it which is good because every tends to binge and purge. I noticed the feeding rate is much lower than the Purina One Sensitive dry food they currently get. I usually leave a couple bowls out 24/7. I mixed the Inception Turkey dry about 50:50 in a bowl with their usual supplements. I hope they continue to do well with this food. Still on trial, but cats seem to enjoy it

By Hunnyjar on Nov 4, 2020

We got a small bag to start, so we're still trialing this food, but so far so good. We have one cat who has a lot of food allergies (peas, chicken, corn, wheat, soy and cranberries), so finding a grain-free cat food that also doesn't have chicken or legumes has been a struggle. And, when we find one, they get discontinued. I was thrilled to find Inception because he can tolerate both turkey and herring, and I love that they have "no legumes" right on the front of the bag! He is currently on a wet food diet since that was all we could find at the time his last dry food was discontinued, but it's expensive and messy. So, we're slowly incorporating the Inception in and he seems to be doing well. We got a small bag to start, so we're still trialing this food, but so far so good. The third one is on a prescription diet, but he likes to have one or two of what the others are having and he gives this food two toe beans up (and he's super picky). … more

Cat with Cancer- Not Eaten-Others Snubbed Too!

By TwoKittens on Sep 30, 2020

I have been trying for a year to rotate and find food my cat with cancer will eat- he goes in spurts of eating and then being finicky- I have switched numerous consistencies and types of food and rotated new flavors and brands to stay healthy and encourage him to eat- tried this new dry food and it was a big NO! Cancer kitty snubbed his nose and all other indoor cats did too.. resorted to trying to feed to my barn cats and they are picking through it to eat normally fed dry food. Food has a very fishy smell (herring ingredient). Will not purchase. Lesson learned/waste of money.. but I tried!

    not popular

By marmot on Jun 12, 2020

Sadly, my cats are not fond of this food. I had given them a sample, and they seemed to like it so I ordered a large size.

3 out of 4 cats love this

By Melissa on Jan 13, 2020

I primarily feed wet food however I need to leave out some dry if I want any sleep. 3 out of 4 adore this food, the other one eats it okay. One cat is diabetic so I wanted a very high pure protein dry food (I know wet is best for him & that is about 80% of his diet). Fortunately he loves it & can snack as needed.
