Great featured product

This product is incredible, literally, no words for this device offer a great no. of features. In addition this camera has different kinds of modes to connect it with the device as QR code, Bluetooth and so on which makes it really simple. It's very simple to connect and setup with the phone and device; it takes me hardly 2 minutes, and even I can rotate the camera manually via app to see the different views of the house.

Best camera

Loving this camera. Initially was thinking it might be defective one because I used to get notifications very often but then came to know that it is having feature of motion detection also because of which I was getting notification as my cat wonder her and there in front of camera. When I came to know about this Motion detection I was too happy. Thanks for this product.

Cannot get it to connect

1 star for a nice idea. -4 stars for a faulty product. I tried multiple times to get this camera to connect. It did connect after about a dozen tries but after that it keeps saying it's not connected to wireless...it is literally 2 or 3 feet from the router. I cannot get it to reconnect (and yes it's to 2.4GHZ). It beeps a lot and there is no way to control the volume levels so it adds to the annoyance and frustration when trying to set this thing up.

5 star product

I always look for different products and kind of person who hardly get satisfied but this product proved me wrong as this device includes numerous features. For me, the best feature is playback video. As we can insert SD card and record the video and then can watch it whenever we want. This really fascinates me.

DOES NOT STAY CONNECTED

I initially got it to sync with the app on my Android. I had it connected to the required wifi (2.4 GHz). It worked for a day. I went to use it again while at work and it wasn't connected. Tried updating the camera but it won't let me. Contacted the company and the only response given was for me to "move it closer to the router". It's about 5ft from router. Not far at all. I'm pretty sure there's an issue with the device itself considering multiple people have the same trouble.

Perfect camera for your pet!

I am a loyal customer of the brand as they perfect all their products before selling to public. I have the litter box, the pet feeder, the mouse, and the camera. If you want reliable quality products for your pets then you are looking at the right place. Good luck!

Could not set it up

I am 61, my son is 31. We both tried valiantly to set this camera up. My son tried for about an hour. He was so angry he wanted to write a review on it. No indoor camera should be this difficult. I have had different brands and they were easy to set up. I did not want to bother with a return, I threw it away.

worth every $$$

The Puresight camera is superb as it has tonns of features that astounded me like I can check the surroundings of my pet anytime and anywhere I am, I don’t have to worry if my pet is crying or not. Also, I can record and take pictures of it in real-time and whenever my pet is near the camera app notifies me instantly and I can check and talk with my doggo!! With this genuine price I got all the features that I actually needed!! Thanks for this smart camera also I don’t have to pay extra money anymore to buy subscriptions. Highly recommended!!

nice way to keep an eye on your pet!

I like that this integrates so well with my other products from this brand so it’s all on one app! I work really long days and worry about my cat being alone so I like that this camera can actually move when she’s not in front of the camera at first. I thought it was pretty straight forward to connect personally; I use an Apple phone and I had no issues software-wise so far (it’s been about a month now)

Amazing products with extraordinary features.

I’ve been using this camera from last 2-3 weeks trust me this camera made my life easier. Now i can always remain in touch with my dog even if I’m away from my home. Highly recommend product.
