Does the water just bubble, or is there a fountain like stream?

This fountain just bubbles up from the spout. There is not a stream.

Useless product with bad support

I bought this because of the UV component and the promise of water level monitoring when I was away at work or on trips. But the notifications were pretty nonexistent, and it dint notify me until it ran dry, and the pump broke. When I looked to the app and the company for support, they could only offer support for the connectivity aspects and I got no response when concerned with the actual functionality of the fountain. The pump completely stopped working before I knew it was empty. Just get a regular pet fountain and skip the hassle. I threw this one away.

Better than I thought!

Honestly, I've had this fountain for about 2 months now and I love it! The app reminds me when to change the filter and when it's running low, which is super helpful. I like that I can turn the UV filter on on a schedule. Only reason that it's not a 5 star is because the initial set up was a pain. But once you work through that it's a dream.

My Puresmart, love!

Using this for my Chewbacca and he loves it! A good amount of water fills the tank and I love how I can give him clean water when I'm not there. I've set up schedules based on my work routine! It's been extremely convenient because I've been able to do alot with this being app controlled. The lid is very tightly secured however you do have to apply a little bit of strength to tug on the tab and pull, the lid does come off. I've loved the sleek design the most cause I literally place this anywhere in my apartment and it goes with the surrounding. I also do love white alot. Overall, I love it for simply making my life easier!

Excellent performance and design

The high capacity of this water fountain allows me to avoid needing to constantly refill it because I have a cat that always drinks water. We also appreciate being able to set drinking schedules only through our phones. We are no longer concerned that my cat won't be able to drink due to this. I think it's a wise purchase because it also uses an additional layer of filtration.

If my pets love it. I love it. (and they do)

I've had a couple of water fountains before this one. One of which I purchased from Chewy. They usually break after a few weeks. But this one has been solid so far. It's quiet, easy for the cat and dog to use. I can control it for them when I'm at work. It's making things easier all around and I love that. The pets absolutely adore it, so my take on it is pretty obvious. I would recommend.

Terrible product

Could not ever get it to connect to the app and decided to just use it without. After about a month, the product stopped working entirely— it won’t output any water anymore.

stopped working

It stopped working after only about 40-ish days of use. Not sure what to do with it now. It was cool while it lasted but it was short lived.

Broken already

This was a good fountain but for me the cover is very hard to get off and now not working so I expected it to last longer for what I paid

Broke after 6 months

This is a very flawed design. The metal contacts corrode easily as condensation forms inside (unavoidable as it's a water fountain) and once they do, it won't turn on. This happened every time I refilled - for awhile I would wipe the corroded contact points off and it would start working again, but it seems to be too far gone now. It's also SO hard to get open - there's a tiny rubber tab to pull, but I had to use a knife to pry it open every time.

stopped working

It stopped working after my dog unplugged it then when I plugged it back in never turned back on and have no idea how to fix it also horrible instructions on it
