Is reef crystal safe for salt water fish's

While the product is fish safe, never mix salt in an aquarium containing animals. In new aquariums, transfer animals to the aquarium after salt is completely mixed and aerated and specific gravity has been adjusted.
Does this product have all the required additives and supplements?

This product contains essential ocean reef elements in concentrations greater than those found in natural seawater with extra calcium to encourage the growth of large and small polyp stony corals as well as coralline algae. This salt provides vital nutrients and extra vitamins help to promote vigorous growth and survival of corals, anemones and other invertebrates.
How often do you have to put the salt in the water? And how much for each tank size?

To prepare small quantities, use 1/2 cup of Reef Crystals per each U.S. gallon of water. Every 1.4 lbs of Reef Crystals is formulated to create 5 gallons of saltwater at a specific gravity of 1.021. For more detailed instructions, please click on the attached photo.
How much alkalinity does reef crystals have? My alkalinity is super high after using this!

The alkalinity is between 3.5 and 4.5 mE q/L for Reef Crystals.
