Great Healthy food- even your fussy cat will love

    By on

We recently had to change our 16 year old cats food due to some health concerns. We were limited- as he doesn’t like pate and we could no longer feed him anything with chicken- beef or seafood. As well as a grain free diet. This is One of the few he consistently eats.

    Good food, poor containers

    By on

My fussy boys liked Pride Rabbit. I liked the cans & the 5.5 oz size. Cats like this minced rabbit too but the containers are not recyclable in my area & they do not stack well for storing. I am disappointed as the company claims to be environmentally responsible & these containers go to landfill.

    Mao pretty happy

    By on

My cat was used to the original pride rabbit, but thank gosh there’s this one. My cat is pretty picky; not surprising... aren’t all cats. Please don’t discontinue this one. Everything else out there is pate which my cats don’t like.

My cats are Fancy Feast snobs

    By on Top 1000 Contributor

I wish I could say my cats liked this. It's supposed to be a great product. Unfortunately, my snobbish cats turned their noses up, or if they ate it, they ate a couple of bites and then they were done. I was trying to enlarge their menu, but apparently it didn't work!

    Cats love it

    By on

Due to allergies, I had to find a different protein for my cats. They don't like pate so the options were limited. Luckily I found this and they love it. I agree with many other reviews that the cups are hard to open. I wish they would just put it in a can...a 6 ounce can would be even better! But the cats' disgestive systems are much better now, so that's the important part.

    Whew, They like it!

    By on

A good replacement for rockstar rabbit, which has been discontinued. I tried three different options to replace their beloved food; this is by far the winner. They don’t seem to love it like the other, but they do like it/eat it. With so many allergy and preference restrictions, that’s all I can ask.

    great for chicken allergy!

    By on

When my vet recommended switching my cat to a non-chicken diet to see if that would help his allergies it was a nightmare trying to find a minced style wet food that was completely chicken free (neither of my kitties are fans of pate). The few I did find my normally non-fussy boy stuck his nose up at. Initially he just licked a little at the Instinct rabbit food, but after seeing my other girl eat it he has been happily chowing it down every night. It is pricier than i'd like to spend, but if it helps with his allergies it'll be worth it.

Looks good, smells good -- but no takers

    By on

To me, Instinct Rabbit Recipe looks good and smells good -- but 0 out of 3 cats would eat it. All 3 love Pride minced rabbit, but no takers for the Instinct brand. I guess my cats can read the bar codes and know when I switched brands!

    Rabbit!! Who knew!

    By on

Who knew that our finicky little guy would love the rabbit! First time he gobbled it all down, then afterwards he loved it indeed but ate slower, perhaps savoring each bite. Great kitty and amazingly great product for him.
