  • Good stuff if you can afford it

    By on

From what I've read and observed this is very high quality food. FWIIW, the 'high quality' food my vet sold me increased the weight of the litter box wastes by about 60%, a sure sign of crap food -- Friskies level. The can has a high amount of liquid, presumable fish oil. The reason I rate it 4, not 5, is because my cats only LIKE it and don't LOVE it.

  • Best Kitty Food Ever

    By on

I've been feeding my animals Instinct for about 3 years and I have my daughter giving it to her puppy now 3 going on 4 and my 2 cats and they absolutely prefer this food hands down over any other. I have now a co-worker giving it to her cats and dogs.

  • Good food but picky eaters do not like it.

    By on

Some of my six cats like it and some do not. Everyone liked Halo but some got sick after eating it so thought we would try this food but not everyone likes it. My cats typically like fishy foods so maybe we should try a different flavor.

  • Isabelle likes it!

    By on

I bought this canned food for my cat Isabelle. I am very sorry picky on what I feed her. I like the ingredients in this food. No menidone, that is important to me. It took her a couple of days to start eating it. She doesn't like the few peas and carrots in it, so I take those out for her.

  • Molly likes it!

    By on

I’ve been trying to find a good quality, grain-free food for my fussy 10 year old cat, Molly. Finally we have a winner. She loves the salmon & also the rabbit.

  • Great taste, cats love i!

    By on

The paté is very soft and moist, more so than paté that humans consume. The salmon is a particular favorite for my adult female cat. The male kittens prefer the chicken. All three cats eat their portion in one sitting.

  • My cats LOVE!

    By on

I don’t feed my cats canned food often but this is by far their favorite. I like it because I know it’s a quality food for them.

  • My cats do not like this food.

    By on

When I first opened a can of this wet food, my cats ate a small amount of it, but after that they have snubbed their noses up at it. I have not given them any since. I plan to try again to see if they will eat any. Maybe tomorrow morning. This food is expensive and I was terribly disappointed that they don't seem to like it.

  • For our Birmans, Instinct is the Way to Go

    By on

Both this salmon pate and their chicken pate are huge hits with our cats. They shove each other to get to their favored position and then the race is on. It’s been a while since our kitties ate with this much gusto. Hopefully Instinct will maintain their formula for this line.
