Pure, real nutrition of raw on every piece

They put the pure, real nutrition of raw on every piece of Instinct Limited Ingredient Diet by tumbling their kibble with crushed, freeze-dried raw—raising the bar in nutrition and taste.

The Pure, Real Nutrition of Raw Is In Everything Instinct Does

Instinct's Responsibility as The Raw Brand

LEAD WITH RAW

It all started with Instinct's raw pet food. Since the beginning, they've led with raw because they know the good it can do. They're rewriting the rules of pet food and championing raw nutrition to bring its superior benefits to all that they do.

KEEP IT REAL

Delicious and nutritious pet food should only use real ingredients. For Instinct, this means all-natural, real meat, fruits and vegetables, with nothing artificial.

MAKE IT SIMPLE

Feeding raw should be simple, and it should easily fit into your everyday routine. Instinct believes raw should be accessible to pet parents so every pet can experience the benefits of raw nutrition.

DO IT TOGETHER

Instinct believes in the power of raw nutrition. It only makes sense to share it. Together with local shelters and volunteer efforts nationwide we’re on a mission to transform the lives of all pets.

MAKE IT BETTER

Instinct has never been afraid to challenge the status quo of pet nutrition. They continuously redefine what better means—always pushing their standards of nutrition to raise the bar in pet food.

Pure, real nutrition of raw on every piece

About Instinct

Instinct believes deeply that it's up to them to find a way to make it possible for more people to feed their pets the pure, real nutrition that only comes from raw. Dog Loved It

    By on

Our Vet recommended a limited ingredient rabbit diet for our Great Dane when she contracted kennel cough along with some prescription meds. Needless to say, she went crazy for this food. I highly recommend it for dogs that have a sensitive stomach. Just beware, the price is extremely high! When my Dane likes something, it is hard to convince her of an alternative.

Finally I have found a solution

    By on

My 10 year old maltipoo has had digestive issues for years. I have tried many different foods and I finally found the answer. I mix the rabbit food with a little chicken and with a dollop of pumpkin on the side, and all is good. Expensive but worth it.

Great food but price keeps going up and up!!!!!!

    By on

This is the only food that my ibd dog does well on. However, the price on this food keeps going up and up almost every time I buy it! I am now paying almost $300 a month for this food to feed my dog! And there are NEVER any sales EVER on this food. I had to go get a second job just to feed my dog. I will be looking for an alternative.

    Mr. Wolfie

Mr. Wolfie has a very sensitive stomach. He loves this food and has never had a problem with it. He highly recommends this food to his canine friends who have trouble with other protein sources.

    My dog won't eat it

    By on

I have a very picky eater and I thought trying this flavor would help. Despite the juice in the can Rabbit always seems to be very grainy and dry. My dog won't eat it.

    3 Stars for extreme price

    By on

This is high quality wet food, however the price went up again by Instinct, and this is now way too expensive. My 14 year old senior dog is a large breed, and this just takes it over the top price wise, which is sad since it really was good for my old girl.

    Allergy's!!!

    By on

My pug has been itching and my Vet recommended rabbit dog food. First it's very expensive...but only on this diet for 3 months. However, the other dog food brands are full of grains. This food has lots of healthy rabbit protein. My pug has stopped itching and she loves it. I recomend it.

Great for my bulldog's skin - but OUCH on my wallet!!

    By on

My bulldog has allergies to food and grass that really makes her itch and chew on her paws. After trying many limited ingredient dog foods this one seemed to really help her!! Very happy about that - however - it is so expensive that I just can't keep her on it. She can't have dry so she only gets can and it takes a lot to fill her up. It is more economical for me to make her own dog food myself. She really seemed to like this food. I will watch for it to go on sale perhaps and then stock up on it...but for now, it is just way to expensive.
