I have a picky cat but this is one flavor/brand that she will eat. I don't love the peas in it but otherwise it's been working for us thus far.

Unfortunately I have a case (-one) of unopened because the one can I opened they wouldn't really eat it and the one cat that did, threw it right back up.

My cat eats better than I do
By PatriciaAA on Jan 1, 2021
One cat loves the venison but the other, not so much. I add a little water to it as it has a very thick consistency.

Cats loved it!
By R1211 on Oct 17, 2020
I always rotate my cats protein source and thought I would add in the venison. The cats loved it! My only concern is with Instinct production as many times the food is very watery so you’re not getting 5.5 oz of food, it’s watery mush which makes me question the quality of the food.

The second favorite after rabbit
By Mila on Sep 3, 2020
This is cats’ second favorite wet food after Instinct rabbit. They like it and usually do not leave any left overs.

Excellent quality pate food
By CatFud on Aug 27, 2020
My cat has just her four fangs left and is very picky about her pate food. She loves this one. It's not a creamy puree - she doesn't want to lap up liquid. It's not chunks, which she seems to leave on the plate. It's about the texture of ground beef and seems to work well for her.

Novel Protein Diet
By Sheila on Jul 30, 2020
My cat has been a puker for years. Recently she began throwing up all her food. Vet recommended a "novel" protein diet. Had a terrible time finding a canned novel protein that she would eat. This does have a bit of fish oil (not supposed to have fish) but she now only throws up occasionally and She will eat this!

My Cat Won't Eat It
By Rbea001 on Jul 24, 2020
This food has a high quality nutritional profile, but my cat won't touch it :( Donating the unused cans to our local shelter and hoping they like it better.

My cat said it was just ok...
By JMartin on Jun 18, 2020
I was looking for a grain free, low/no carbs, non fish or poultry for my cat with stomatitis. This is a great find but my cat prefers the rabbit flavor. This one is a bit dry so mixed it with a bit of water. It is also denser than the rabbit.

The boys LOVE it!
By Pat52 on May 29, 2020
Our cats love the venison. We only feed it to them once in awhile and special occasions. :)
