    Great Vet Recommended Cat Food

By Jacqui on Oct 28, 2020

My Vet recommended this cat food for my two cats. They were under weight. They really like this dry food and are now healthy and happy. Great dry cat food.

Good brand but not a favorite flavor

By mowgli on Aug 6, 2020

I accidentally ordered this salmon flavor (I usually buy the chicken which he likes) and my cat really wouldn't eat it...but in all fairness, he wont eat any cat food that is of a fish nature , so I gave the bag to the shelter and hope other kitties like it.

Stinks like rotting fish, cat hardly interested

    By on

You'd think that with such a positive response from customers, that it would work well for my cat....not the case. Not only is he BARELY interested in it (once served, he looks at it then walks away...comes back later & eats a very small amount then takes a drink pretty much right after), but it STINKS. I can barely stomach serving it to him. You'd think that because cats are supposed to like eatting fishy-tasting things, that he'd be in heaven with this food, but that couldn't be further from the truth. Perhaps Nature's Variety has changed the recipe since I last purchased THREE LARGE BAGS (oops) several months ago... I don't know. I wouldn't recommend it, but if you decide to try it like I You'd think that with such a positive response from customers, that it would work well for my cat....not the case. I wouldn't recommend it, but if you decide to try it like I did due to the large amount of positive reviews (wonder who's writing those honestly...), purchase the smallest amount you can and see what your cat's reaction is like. Animal food manufacturers should all offer small, free or inexpensive samples so we can try them out first. I like to buy this kind of stuff in bulk to save money (and time on the computer or store), but this time buying bulk was a mistake. … more

    Nope from the Kitties

    By on

I had high hopes of being able to save $30 a month on dry cat food, but I guess my guys have a taste for only duck, and the high protein one at that. It was worth a try. Such Divas these furry lovelies are. Hey they know what they like, and I wouldn’t eat an inferior food eother.

    My poor cats

    By on

We have two cats, both sphinx, one about 5 and the other just now 1. My poor one year old could not handle this food alone. I had to purchase her old brand and mix it until this one was gone; although neither cat was fond of it. It also made their waste much more pungent... Have to go back to old brand.

Cats did not like this dry food at all. They have eaten Blue Buffalo, Beyond, and Wilderness dry food.
