Ideal feeding amounts will vary by age, weight, and activity level so the guide below should be used as an initial recommendation. Divide the cups per day by the number of feedings per day. About Instinct

The cats vote YES!
By Catwoman on Sep 11, 2019
From the first morsels in the cat's food bowl, my cats have loved this new cat chow..My cats eat mostly wet food supplemented with the dry and they were seeming a little bored with what they have been eating. I am very particular to the quality of my cats food and really checked out this one before purchasing. It met almost all of my requirements, hence just four stars and with fingers crossed, I went for...glad I did..because as I said above, my cats love it...

Both our kitties like this food....
By DedeNGrace on Jul 28, 2019
We've been riding the wave about how much grain cats really need. This is a grain-free food with an occasional small cube of freeze-dried raw meat. I feed each our girls about 1/4 cup at night (they both get wet food during they day,) and there have been no issues after about three weeks...this includes a one-week phase-in to replace their former dry food. If you subscribe to a grain-free diet of dry food, this is a good product to try.

Instinct RawBoost - Salmon
By Zippy on May 24, 2019
My cats usually will clean the dry food bowl completely by the next morning but they haven't been doing that at all. It seems that they don't like the Salmon as much as the do both the Rabbit and the Chicken versions. I feel it is still a good product, just my cats don't seem as eager for it as the other flavors.

Have 3 cats, all ages from 4 to 13. The oldest always had a weight issue but since I’ve changed their food, all 3 have no issues with weight and more energy.
