I've switched about 9 different brands of food, tried different proteins, wet / dry / toppings / home-cooked / raw - you name it - for my Australian Shepherd since he became very picky at ~6 months. He's been on this kibble for about 2 months and so far hasn't turned his nose up at it. Hoping we can stay with this food because it seems to best suit his taste buds and health. Recommend to try this for incredibly picky / finicky eaters. … more

My dog loved this food. I was told by, the manufacturer, that they have changed their processing plant and the freeze dried chicken has the same nutrients but is a little different when it comes to color and aroma. Needless to say, my picky eater will not touch it now. Just wanted to put that out there My dog loved this food. My Picky Shepherd Mix LOVES this!
By Mona on Feb 24, 2021
The chicken and the beef varieties are both wonderful. I have a dog that would NEVER eat dry food by itself. Always frustrating when he would not eat. He loves his food now....without anything added to it!

Since we have switched our dog to Instinct, she has tons more energy and looks great. Her vet says she is “perfect” physically and her coat is gorgeous.

Fantastic Food!
By Anon on Jan 10, 2021
My mom’s dog has always taken until she was starving to eat any of the dog food we’ve given her. I feed the cat food from this brand and told my mom to give the dog food a try, and now my mom’s dog eats this food the minute it hits the bowl! And she even goes back to see if she has any left! Very happy with this food!

What goes in must come out.
By PooperDan on Jan 6, 2021
There are two main things I look for in a dog food. 1. Does the dog like it? 2. What does it look like when it comes out. The dog likes it, better then other premium brands, and the result is firm poop, not mush.

Dogs love it

I am trying to slowly incorporate this food into their existing food but I can hardly put the bowls down before they've picked out all the Instinct. It must be really tasty for them!
