    My 2 year old yorkie will eat this (yay). The kibble size is perfect. The raw bites are a bit large for him, so I will break those in half and smash into crumbles, add a smidge of warm water, stir and serve. Of note, he needs to be hungry to eat it though.     Change in ingredients of freeze dried chicken?

    I contacted Instinct to see if there was a change in the formula (and taste and smell) of the freeze dried chicken. Both my dogs quit eating them starting about 4-6 months back. They eat around them, eating the kibble, but are leaving those freeze dried chicken pieces in their bowls. They eat around them, eating the kibble, but are leaving those freeze dried chicken pieces in their bowls. Before, they loved those bits, but even now when I attempt to hand feed them those pieces directly, they refuse to eat them. I buy 3 bags a month through chewy.com, expiration date is good, and it is such a challenge to try to find fibble sized food, and to transition to new formula or a new brand. We'll see what Instinct says. … more
