This pet fountain includes a patent-pending, 5-layer, two month filter.
How do you get the top off to get inside. Is there a trick?

The top screws off, simply grip the top and twist it counter-clockwise about an inch until the groove interlock is released and once the grooves have released the top will come off.
Is the motor noisy on this fountain?

The motor is very quiet. The only time the motor may make some noticeable noise is if the water level gets too low and your fountain needs to be filled.
Where do I get a compatible replacement pump?

Purrfect Water

My cats love this but, my pump has already died even though I never let the water get low. I thought maybe I needed a new filter so I replaced it and it still isn't working. I can't seem to locate a replacement pump 😿

Best water fountain out there!

I tried a few different fountains before finding this. The filter system is great and my cat loves it. Its also very quiet! Definitely exceeded my expectations.

Great Bargain

Mane Coon loves the fountain! It's convenant and always has fresh water available when her dish is almost empty.
