Dog Sling review

Unfortunately this item did not work at all for me, and my 8lb. chihuahua. The sides do not come up far enough to keep him securely in the sling. Which made him very afraid, and tensed up. So it wasn’t a good fit for him at all, sadly. The material is also very thick, comparable with a sweatshirt or sweatpants material. So I would have been concerned about him getting too hot, if he had fit in it. Getting his legs comfortable was also an issue. Not saying this product can’t work for other folks, but wanted to put the issues the had with it out there, for others to consider if thinking of purchasing this sling.

Lifesaver for Elderly Dog

My min pin is turning 15 in September. He’s mostly blind, deaf and very anxious. When we have people over, I stick him in that sling and he’s calm the entire time. Just needs to be secure w his Mom!

Small pet carrier pouch

Awkward carrier. Very large opening without a closure to secure the animal. Only closure is fabric at the bottom of the strap with a metal clip to fasten to collar. If animal wiggles out it will hang itself. Not we’ll thought out. Wouldn’t recommend.

Nice sling for my tiny Chihuahua

I recently adopted a tiny Chihuahua, just under 5 pounds. He is very timid, so this works great to carry him around inside or outside.

Not safe at all

This sling is way too shallow to accommodate even the smallest fur baby. Bought it for my 6 pound senior chi and it didn't even come up half way of her body on the sides. No way I will use this to carry my precious baby. It is not safe, the risk of falling out and taking a horrible tumble is great. Don't risk it. I'd give it a zero if I could

The puppy sling is just right for my baby Cooper. It is comfortable over my shoulder and it's just what we needed. Thank you

Handy sling for puppies

This sling works well for each of our toy poodle puppies. One is 2 lbs and the other 7 lbs. They love being in the sling. It works well on walks so they can walk awhile and then ride in the sling. We bought one and it worked so well that we bought a second one.

Amazing!!!

My dachshund pup is absolutely in love with this product! It’s roomy and allows me to carry her close. It’s lightweight and easy to use. Even as she’s gotten older and filling out more, there’s space for her to grow into. I would definitely recommend.

Our tiny dog loves this!

I'm amazed how much our 2 1/2 lb dog loves this! I read reviews and checked sizes for months before buying this. It didn't seem feasible with such a tiny dog. She's 8" long neck to tail and 8" floor to shoulders. She keeps her head out and usually a paw. But she is happy and comfortable. I hook the strap to her halter on her back (not in the initial test photo). On cold days, I line it with a blanket. She's obviously happy to get into it and never shifts, wiggles or shows any sign of discomfort. I wear it so that she is basically in front of me.

Comfy, but color is not as pictured

Puppy loves it and it is very easy to wear, but was expecting a really rich, bright orange but this is less of that and more of an orange crayon color, almost construction cone. It will work, but would have been great if the color was even remotely close to the photo.
