Top falls in the box
I really liked this litter box initially, but after a few days, I noticed that the paw print circular notches that are supposed to keep the lid in place didn’t line up with the holes correctly. I can only get one to fit in place, so the lid is crooked. No matter how many times I’ve tried to fix it, I can’t get it to stay. My cat has literally fallen into the litter box multiple times because the lid basically gave out. I have seen images of other reviews where the notches seem to be correct, so I think maybe mine was just faulty?
Its not white and pink its tan
Just in case anyone else sees this and thinks it is white and pink it is white an tan. I was very disappointed I thought I saw pink. Other than that, its pricey for what it is. The scooper is so small I would never use it. I do not find it worth 40 dollars at all. Good thing for sales. I need it to keep my kitten from playing with her poop otherwise it would be returned.
Flimsy and useless!
So disappointing.. I have the regular size version of this box and LOVE it! I ordered another in XL. TERRIBLE!! The plastic is soo flimsy. The notches do not even latch all the way. The lid collapses in with minimal pressure. NO WAY this thing is going to support my XL cat or even one of my smaller kittens.
I was skeptical from when I first opened the box
This box is a good idea in practice, but not execution… the way that the box latches makes the lid unstable. When I got the box, one of the buttons that holds the lid in place had to be bent outward to even get the lid to hold itself up. Every time I remove the lid to clean this box, it’s a pain to get back on, and it’s gross having to touch so many areas of litter covered plastic to wrestle with this thing. I heard a ruckus in the middle of the night last night and the lid had fallen into the litter box. Poor kitty was traumatized :( Hope he will use it again. (Pics included. It’s walnut litter, that’s why it is brown.) I don’t recommend this box. While the litter-catching grooves kind of work, the little button latches are more hassle than they’re worth, and kitty winds up tracking so much litter anyway.
Keep my Room Clean
We have bought this product a second time, because we love it so much! All the liter stays in the box and off your carpet! My cats LOVE to jump inside easily and do their business! It comes with a smaller scoop but it works too. The box on the inside has a smooth gliding surface, so it scraps easily! LOVE IT!
Big but flimsy
I have a Clever Cat top entry litter box and have had no issues, but that product has been unavailable for quite some time. I purchased two of these. They work the same, but the lid is difficult to remove to scoop and the included scoop has a lot to be desired. The litter box does the job but is flimsy compared to the Clever Cat box.
Probably wouldn't purchase again
This litter box is large. It's great to stop the tracking of litter everywhere. The inside is without grooves and ridges. However, the lid doesn't remove easily for cleaning. I assumed that the top was on some kind of hinge (like our other top entry box) and didn't read the full description, which is absolutely my fault. I prefer the Frisco top entry box that we have as the lid is on a hinge and swings up for scooping. I also don't feel like the lid is very secure and may break or cave in. Once the lid no longer fits into the holes on the side I'll be left with a big bucket.

I love this litter box. There are two cats that use this box, one is 9 months old the other is 9 years old. Both of the cats took to this box quickly. But for me, its the lack of litter. Sure we've all tried hundreds of types of litter and honestly I'm still not sold that mine is the best in terms of tracking litter everywhere. BUT THIS LITTERBOX HAS REDUCED ALL LITTER TRACKING DOWN. And when I say down, I think I could wait over a week before sweeping around this box. 10 out of 10
Not worth it
I really wanted to love this design and use it, but the top of the litter box is veryyyy challenging to use and attach. It is poorly designed and my cat has been on top of it and it would just fall. I tried attaching it but it doesn't stay and when I looked closer its a product issue.
Top entry box the best
This box holds in smell and does a fair job of stopping the litter from tracking all over. Easy to clean. The lack of smell alone is well worth it for me!
