Instructions
- Clean away dirt with diluted neutral detergent. Wipe away any remaining residue with a damp cloth.
- Do not clean with ethyl alcohol, gasoline, decolorizer or cleanser.
- Make sure to dilute the methylphenol solution or other sanitizers before use.

easy to put together, good material
I think this pen is great. I like the plastic compared to metal options. The plastic inside is all smooth edges so there is no way a puupy can cut themselves. I can see many areas where they can get caught up in or hurt if they are going crazy in there. My puppy is just 3 months old, a lhasa mix, about 10 lbs. she cannot jump on furniture yet. It was working well but 5 days after having it she managed to jump out of it. So now im afraid she will just manage to jump out of it everytime im away. So i am trying to think of the next solution. I wish it was taller then 24” ! Maybe ill have to see if they sell a taller option.
OK, but could be structured a bit better
I loved it but I’ve only had it for two months and the door doesn’t snap on to attach to the side anymore. Nothings broken so I’m not sure what happened. And now what’s the use of something to keep your pet safe that doesn’t close. I’m really disappointed.
Just perfect for the lil Ones
When first got Ella Mae, she was just 2lb, she would have fell thru the porch railings. We got her this so she could be safe and still be out on the porch with us, Easy to put together, even tho we dont use the door cuz we just reach in and pick her up
Great for the price!
I like the playpen,it is very sturdy. I took a star away because there are no rubber pads on the bottom to keep it from sliding around on the floor. I will have to buy some and add them. Hopefully these will keep it from being pushed around by our puppy when he is trying to get out!
Perfect for my Shih Tzu
This "play place" as my grandson named it definitely was the perfect purchase! My 11 week baby is doing great, and I am not having to "crate train" her. As she grows, I believe I will add two panels, but for her current 3lb size her bed, potty pad, a few toys and her interactive puzzle fits great!

Like it fine. Would be nice if it were taller. Our shih tzu can jump out of it.
Dog playpen with door
This product has been helpful with my puppy both inside and out. She feels safe and I know she is safely sequestered. It would not work for a larger dog, since it is only ~3 feet high and it has no bottom and no way to secure it..

I love this pen, and my puppies love it also. I leave the door open when I'm here to supervise them, and close it when I have to leave. They go in it by themselves when they want to rest or nap. It is their save haven.
Wasn't what I expected
Unfortunately, this material was not what I expected. We went to clamp the sides together and it felt like they were going to crack. I'm very sorry. I was rather excited about it.
Exercise playpen
Very disappointed in the quality of this playpen. It was very flimsy and did not provide my puppy a safe environment.
