This product is not intended to be used with aquatic animals. The top cover is mesh and the plastic is not thick enough to handle weight of water. This carrier is made for insects, frogs, newts, hermit crabs, lizard, snakes, and more.
Can this work for a baby leopard gecko?

Great little carrier!

These carriers are much more sturdy than I expected! The plastic is good quality and thick and the lid has strong latches, both on the lid itself and on each little door. I couldn’t tell from the listing, but there’s actually a little divider inside, so you can put two reptiles in a single carrier. I wouldn’t do that with a lizard that’s leopard gecko sized or larger, but for a crested/gargoyle gecko, it’s perfect! I also love that the strap attaches to the body of the carrier, not the lid. It’s much more secure that way. The only thing I would change is that I wish the divider was opaque - that would prevent the lizards from seeing each other, which would help reduce their stress. I will also say that I absolutely would not put a snake in here. It’s definitely sturdy and secure, but I think snakes would be safer in a container with a stronger, more lock-type latch.

Hermit crab carrier

I got this so it would be a comfortable journey home for my hermit crabs! Perfect size for them! Put some stuff from their tank in to get them a bit more settled and they got settled into their 25 gal' quickly.

Chewy's Distribution is Going Downhill

Chewy shipped this WITHOUT the lid. Now they're saying it is out of stock, so I can't get a replacement. This isn't the first time Chewy messed up.

Take your Gecko to the Vet!

This going to be AWESOME to transport my little Gecko to the vet! Any small animal can have a carrier to transport if needed. FANTASTIC!!

it was too small

i bought this thinking my bearded dragon would fit butt its too small make sure you look at the measurement,at least its great for his worms.

Pretty good

I like this, however the lid doesn't like to stay on... or its too difficult to get off... there's no in between.

Very good. Suggested for reptiles.

I had a snake who has 5 eggs. I was going to Seattle for 2 months. They didn't allow me to bring the cage. So I got this. And it was pretty good. Vera already was able to have 5 babies. Oh and the person who said it wasn't good for dogs. People, please think about this logically since the title said reptiles.
