22 lb. container does not hold 22 lbs.

I ordered this because I was under the impression it would hold 22lbs of pet food in an air tight container on wheels. While the latter is true, holding 22lbs is not true. My previous container did not hold all the food in a 22 lb bag. I would fill it and then the rest sat in the bag. If i waited a week, then I could add the rest. It was inconvenient and that's why I ordered this new container. Now I have two containers and the same issue :/

Weatherpro food container

This product is not a good selection for storage of dog food. Every time I unlock the smell inside the container is awful. I cleaned it locked it and opened it the next morning and the smell was still there. Have not used for my dogs food. Waste of money.

Broke item but shipped any

How are you gonna ship something broke and there was no damage to the shipping package...so who ever packaged this item for shipping new it was cracked and the handle was broken .. I will never purchase again from. Chewy

Perfect size

This food storage container is just the right size for an entire 30 lb bag of dog food. The one I purchased is smoky color with a brown lid, which I like because my dog doesn't always see her food through the transparent one. It's sturdy and has a locking lid assuring me the food is kept fresh. Very good buy. I would definitely recommend it.

Container is fine..Rec’d wrong lid?

The container itself works as it’s intended but the lid I got with it seems to be the wrong size? If I’m wrong please let me know how to fix it

nice size and sturdy

solid, holds 40 lb bag of food, stores under a counter hieght opening in mud room near bowl, perfect, fresh and no dog food smell in pantry closet

The lid does not stay on. It has hooks on the side and it just falls every time you open it!

This has worked great for me

My downsized new home lacks the vast storage space I had before so I have had to be creative in storing everything, maximizing every single inch. I've used these containers with and without the castors- they slide easily on my hard wood floor. Most pet food containers don't have perfectly air tight seals ao I've always solved this by getting a dollar store box of 2 gallon ziplock bags, and fill them up, about 2 or 3 fit into this size, and keep them stacked inside the containers. I remove food from the top bag and when that's empty I tuck the empty bag down the side to keep for later when I get a new bag of food, and start on the next ziplocked bag. This keeps even the oldest part of the original bag contents very fresh for my picky kitties, and I can be sure that no dust, dirt or an ant or something can get into the bags. This container fits perfectly on the bottom of my hall closet and is narrow enough to leave plenty of room for bag of puppy pads for my ancient chi.

Works, but doesn’t quite fit

This tote is a little small to fit a 22lb bag of food. It fits the majority, but there is still a bit left in the bag. Not a huge issue, but mildly inconvenient.

Airtight container not sturdy

The bottom wheels are not sturdy and keeps falling out from under the container.
