Packaging Poor

Chewy's (or It Happens) packaging was poor. The shipping plan put the bottle - as well as the other bottles of spray Arm & Hammer scent remover horizontally i the box... so of course they leaked all over and were a mess when they arrived. Yuck. Please take care of this little problem Chewy!

A life saver for a new dog mom

Thank goodness for this product! As a new puppy owner and a new home owner, this has saved my rugs and carpet from terrible stains! I don’t even worry about stains when my schnauzer pees because I know it’ll come out! A quality and amazing product - love that it’s safe too.

No more smell!

I have to say that this is the only product I have ever used that removes 100% of the urine smell from my pug peeing on the bathroom rug. It removes the smell from the floor where she kept peeing and since I’ve used it she hasn’t gone back to pee in that spot. I recommend to everyone who has tried everything else and wants a final solution! Totally worth it.

A fantastic multi purpose cleaner

I needed something that would remove stains but also clean at the same time. Our cat peed on our brand new rug and this was able to get rid of the terrible smells that come with that instantly while also cleaning it and making it look brand new again.
