Sadly, these balls weren’t a hit with any of my 5 cats. They sniffed it and walked away.
Cat toy poor quality

Poor quality. This item fell apart within the first hour we had it.
A surprising hit

I thought it was just a ball and wouldn't be that much more special than any other toy....I was wrong! The way the rope smooshes against itself and doesn't roll smoothly keeps my cats entertained and running around for a long time.
Save your money on this one

My three cats were not interested and never played with this cat toy, but, maybe yours would? Catnip did not help.
Nice toy, cat loves playing

My cat was hesitant at first, but when I showed him how to play with the ball, it now became his favorite toy. Threads came out easy, but its now fluffy and my cat likes it even more :)

The package proudly proclaims the catnip is USA grown. However, the toys say made in China. If you are trying to buy products made in the USA and avoid products made in China, avoid this one. My cats weren’t thrilled either.
Kitten loves it! Best ball EVER.

My new kitten, Tag, plays FETCH with this ball. A first in my 55 years of cat ownership. Cat or Ball?? Well I think it's both. But he can easily carry it around in his mouth, and it rolls great, with just a bit of unpredictability--perfect for a cat. Jackson hit this nail on the head!
Smelled like Nylon, not Catnip
on Aug 18, 2020
I had high hopes for these, but the kitties weren't interested. I sniffed one, and I think I figured out why. They smell like the nylon cord they're made of. I wouldn't want to play with something that smelled like off-gassing plastic either.
Its just an OK ball

Our cat does like playing with fuzzy balls and small stuffed animals filled with catnip. This ball did nothing for him. He did not smell the catnip. Also as shown in the picture the ball is basically wound rope. A few tugs with nails and the ball unraveled. SO we are being generous in the rating we gave it.
Just a ball of fun!
