Does this product contain enzymes?

This product does not contain enzymes. It uses carbon dioxide cleaning technology. This product quickly goes to the root of the stain and odor, forming a shield around the stain, immediately reducing odors.
Will this work on tile, wood flooring, and baseboards? Or only absorbent materials?

You can use any bottle, we just recommend making sure you use 20-23 ounces of warm water as the tablets are designed to be used with the amount that fills the original bottle.

Works with no perfume smell

I love this stuff and the eco friendly tablet packaging. The best part is that it has a mild scent. I've tried the other popular cleaners and they all leave behind a disgusting perfume smell that is almost worse than the original pee smell. This has a very mild fresh smell that fades quickly leaving behind no smell at all.

BEST STAIN/ODOR REMOVER EVER!

I will never use another product again! With just the smallest of amounts, this gets out ANY stain (on ANYTHING) as well as pet odor...the FIRST TIME!!! I was a fool to have used any other product...I'm now a Jackson Galaxy believer!!!!

disappointing

There are such amazing reviews for this product! I’m so sorry it didn’t work for me. Has a STRONG cloying flower scent that was so strong it made my allergies immediately flare. Runny nose, eye itching, Sneezing, the works. I have a similar reaction to Fabreeze, and the unpleasant fake flower smell is very similar. Certainly got rid of the poop smell after the cleaning inside of a plastic litter box, but then when I even walked by the clean box, this horrible fake flower scent would hit you in the face. I tried diluting the liquid to half strength to see if it would improve, but it seemed to do absolutely nothing. To make it more tolerable. On the plus side, the spray lasts a very long time because I was using the bare minimum due to that awful scent. I threw the remaining 9 tabs away. :(

Best Cleaner I have Used!

I highly recommend this product! It has been a life saver ever since I brought my new puppy home. Previous products I’ve used in the past have left heavy odors and have stained furniture and other soft surfaces. This product has been great and is gentle enough for me to use. My hands usually have reactions to cleaners (with other products I washed my hands after contact, but I still would have inflammation or rashes) but with the Jackson Galaxy products I haven’t had any problems. I use it for all accidents during potty training and it has worked wonders. I bought the tablets to refill my first single bottle purchase because it has been so great in my household. Fantastic cleaner and these tablets last for a good amount of time.

It really works!

I have used Nature's Miracle for years. Recently the only formula I was able to purchase had a very strong scent that could still be smelled after it dried. It gave me a headache. So, I was looking for another product and saw all of the positive reviews for Jackson Galaxy's. Price was right so I decided to give it a try. Glad I did! It really does remove the urine odor. Love that the refill tablets can be purchased and are so reasonably priced.

Jackson Galaxy Stain remover

This stuff is magic.. it removes blood, vomit, you name it. My father had a wound open while he was asleep and blood went through sheets, a mattress pad onto his mattress..As I sprayed and let it sit for a few minutes the blood started to lift and disappear. I had to lightly scrub and every bit of blood came out. It works great on pet stains and people stains! It’s the only thing I have used for 2 years now.

The Only Working Stain Remover

I have 5 cats and I've tried all every stain remover on the market in my life. They don't work. Jackson Galaxy's Stain Remover is a miracle product which I used to be able to get from my local Petsmart, but for some crazy reason they discontinued it. Thank goodness I have access to it through Chewy.

An answer to our troubles

This product is phenomenal. We tried Rocco and Roxy, and it worked but left a strong odor and we had to leave a towel and heavy object for at least an hour. We used this product and are amazed at how quickly and how well the smell lifted. Under the black light you can watch it go away. Our neutered male 2 year old has territory issues so he sprays. We use the black light to find it and the spray to clean it up. We've also used it in our 1.5 year old dog's messes. We have used it daily since buying and will never buy anything else. I highly recommend! This is not a paid or fake review! I promise you that!
