Steam Cleaner is mentioned in several places. I have 3 Bissell carpet cleaners ( 3 flrs in house) that use hot/warm water and a concentrated liquid shampoo. I have looked to rent a steam carpet cleaner without any luck. Can these tablets be used in lieu of the liquid concentrated soap?

These tablets are made to dissolve properly in water. You can dissolve the tablets separately then add with soap. Many leading home machines specify 1 gallon of water, but some rental machines require 2, 3 or even more gallons of water. Wait for the tablet(s) to dissolve and start cleaning following manufacturer recommendations.
Is this replacing the shampoo or do you use both tablets and shampoo?

These tablets are formulated with Citric acid, Sodium peroxoborate, Sodium hydrogencarbonate, Sodium carbonate, Surfactant blend and Fragrance compound.
does this work for dog messes too or just cats?

These cleaner tablets are designed to treat pet stains and odors from vomit, feces, urine, hairballs and blood without harsh chemicals. It will work on dog messes as well as cats.

Works And No Lingering Chemical Odor

We have two dogs, one that is aging and prone to accidents. We frequently have to clean the carpets and have tried so many different machine cleaner products. This is the first one I’ve found that works and doesn’t leave a chemical or residue smell behind after a cleaning. Like it so much I gave samples to family members who also have pets.

Excellent product

I have many cats and 2 labs. I put 2 tabs in my steam cleaner and it leaves no residue and takes away any smells. I also dessolve a tab in a spray bottle for accidents. You need to use very hot water to dissolve I cannot say enough for this product. I love it so do my rugs and husband.

THIS STUFF WORKS!

I've tried a number of products to remove the urine smell from my carpet and padding (my pups had accidents) and nothing worked. Not really expecting this product to do much, I was pleasantly surprised that it worked beautifully! It's been over a week since I steam cleaned the carpet and the odor has not returned. I would definitely recommend this product!!

Didn't work as well as I hoped

Couldn't wait to try this . Disappointed. Tablets took too long to dissolve in machine, so opted to dissolve them first in cup if hot water, then added to my scrubber. Was hoping for an outstanding result...all I noticed was the a chemical odor. Worth a try...will not purchase again

Fabulously clean!!

Super old rug, badly stained, turned into clean, bright, stain free rug. Love the light scent also. I can't believe how well it turned out. Seemed impossible. Also, no giant bottle to lug and store. And a great value. A steam cleaner must have!!
