Great for my Toy Poodle
By Tori on Feb 4, 2021
I have a toy poodle named Marshmellow who's 15 years old and has trouble walking long distances, but still wants to be a part of the walk. This product was perfect for our situation. It took some time for both of us to get used to the feeling, but we took our time, and I gave him lots of treats and praise. This is also great for car trips as he gets extremely panicked in the car and tends to calm down when he is contained. Thankfully the fuzzy bit at the bottom is machine washable. Extremely sturdy. The straps do pinch a little in my armpits, but it could just be because the straps are stiff so that the bag doesn't jolt or wobble as you walk. It could also be because I don't have them adjusted I have a toy poodle named Marshmellow who's 15 years old and has trouble walking long distances, but still wants to be a part of the walk. Great Travel Bag
By ShepherdGirl on Jan 30, 2021
• Great for airport travel on select airlines. (American Airlines - Yes; Too big for Spirit) • Great for car travel. Fits on the seat or in the foot space. • Very sturdy bottom. No caving under puppy’s weight. • Easy to clean. Puppy had an accident, I just unzipped the Sherpa bottom and washed it in the washing machine. (Just be sure to wash it zipped up, the black part unravels) • Comfortable to wear as a back pack.

Comfortable and Supporting
By TheBass on Jan 30, 2021
It does exactly what it was supposed to do. I wore it for 4 miles and found it to be very comfortable. Unfortunately, it was a quick hike, which was evidently too bumpy for my cat, who ended up vomiting at some point. Fortunately, we also had a harness on him, so once we discovered his illness, I carried him, which was much less bumpy for the little guy. On the plus side, the cage was very easy to hose out and dry!

Could do with some modifications...
By MagnusCat on Jan 16, 2021
Pros: - Back pack feature - Multiple entry - Zippers work well - Pockets - Harness clip - Cat likes it Cons: - A bit too small for my cat - Straps not long enough for larger built cat owners Suggestions for improvement: - Allow for straps to attach in different orientations, possibly to allow for horizontal carrying mode - Move loop strap to more central area. Allows for carrier to be upright and not on an angle when carrying with one hand

Sister likes the Ride
By Adri on Feb 1, 2021
Tried it out on a 4 mile hike that had quite a bit of elevation on the front side and rock scrabbling on the back side. Many pups were on the trail, but my Havanese is 13 years old, and while quite spry, could never make this hike with her short little legs. Product seems sturdy and was comfortable for all.

Working out well
By Andy on Jan 7, 2021
We use this for our 12 lb chihuahua mix. For reference, I am 5'11", 190 lb, my wife is 5'4", 120 lb. Overall: I feel like I got what I paid for with this carrier. It was priced on the lower end of the Chewy choices. I'm pleased. Our use: We both wear it, sometimes we're together, sometimes alone, but neither of us find it difficult to manage on our own. Our dog is old and not thrilled with cold weather, but we're in Maine, so we bought the pack for winter trail walks. Once he's clearly "done" walking the trail, we put him in with a thin blanket and a disposable hand warmer pack, and he seems very cozy. Even with the added blanket, he fits comfortably in a wrapped sitting/leaning position We use this for our 12 lb chihuahua mix. For reference, I am 5'11", 190 lb, my wife is 5'4", 120 lb. Our dog is old and not thrilled with cold weather, but we're in Maine, so we bought the pack for winter trail walks. Once he's clearly "done" walking the trail, we put him in with a thin blanket and a disposable hand warmer pack, and he seems very cozy. Even with the added blanket, he fits comfortably in a wrapped sitting/leaning position (I take off his little coat and booties so he can move a bit). He's quite content, looking out the mesh windows, swaying with our gait. On the drive home he typically chooses to stay inside, despite unzipped door, with the pack resting upright on back seat; seems really cozy. Basic manufacturing quality: Pretty good - Overall sturdy feel, zippers appropriately sized, seams and stitching are tight, materials seem likely to hold up well. My dog doesn't scratch at the mesh, if he did, over time it might tear, but it seems strong. Design: Pretty good - there are multiple zippered openings to access the compartment, which is proving convenient for loading, unloading, or accessing in use (also allows him to use it passively on the floor as a cozy, secure bed). Rubber feet allow it to stand erect for loading upright on flat ground or a bench. The pockets are small and tight, but hold a poop bag, treats, etc. Negatives: The shoulder strap padding is not substantial, and the hip belt has no pad at all, and fits across my belly not my waist. So comfort-wise, weight isn't transferred smartly, not great for the lower back, but if you snug it up tight, not bad. The strap clasps are not easy to manipulate, and the sternum strap is undersized and located oddly, such that it sits over my very upper sternum. Neither of the straps have enough length for a hefty person. I'm not sure I'd be as happy wearing this in the summer, without my bulky coat on, but it would work. … more

I have four cats that vary in size and weight, and this product works well for all of them. I would definitely recommend this product if you’re looking for a cat backpack/carrier!

Gift for cat walkers
By Frost on Nov 18, 2020
Bought two as Christmas gifts for catwalkers. These are large and would hold our cat, just one comfortably, but not two (would not recommend for more than one cat at a time). I tried it on and the belts are odd- I have to figure out how to adjust them better so it doesn't pull on the shoulders so much; has a waste belt, and I think that was measured for a child- not enough slack to make it around a medium sized waist- but maybe just need to fiddle with the adjustments more. Didn't want to try it to much as it is meant for a give. I think it is sturdy and will hold up for a little while.

15 pounds max
By Omilaura on Jan 16, 2021
Seems well-made and sturdy. One of the zippers was mis-zipped upon receipt, but opening and closing it fixed it. My smaller cat, 11ish pounds, fits great. My big-boy-fat-cat, about 18 pounds, 'overflows' it a bit, you might say. He still loves to squeeze his glorious fluffiness into it, but I wouldn't want him to be in it for any length of time.
