Helps appetites

One of my dogs is so finicky she'll go 2-3days without eating( except for treats naturally) for no known reasons but adding this to the food actually helps. I rotate it with other toppers so she doesn't get bored but she really likes shrimp. If it gets her 40# royal highness to eat it has to be good.

Yummy

Our first shipment was delivered today. While I was home on lunch, our dog Harley started trying to eat it before I even got it out of the box. I sprinkled it on top of what was left of her breakfast and she gobbled it up. I then refilled her bowl and put it on top of that as well and she ate about half of it before I left to go back to work.

Great meal addition!

Our dog really enjoys having this as a dry food topper. It is strong-smelling to us, but he is very attracted to it! You just need to use a tiny bit so it lasts a long time if you keep the bag sealed. No need to refrigerate.

Okay for a very choosy pup.

Our cavapoo is a VERY picky eater, so I thought this might entice her to eat her dog food better. She would just barely pick at it, but ate a little bit better if I moistened the salmon with just a little water.

Good Stuff!

My dog is a finicky eater - he's definitely not a "show hound" like some dogs are. I have to really entice him to get him to eat. I've been searching for a good topper for a couple years. Each time I find one, he likes it for about 3 days and then he turns his nose up to it. I've been using this topper for about 2 weeks now and he loves it. He has skipped a meal or two, but I think that is just his nature. My only complaint is that it smells really strong - which is fine, I mean it IS FISH. My doggo loves it, so I'll continue to buy it. I would recommend trying this product. :)

My dog loves it!

It has a strong fish smell but my dog has eaten every meal since getting this. She got sick of the chicken Jinx topper after a couple weeks so we'll see if that happens here. I may switch back and forth between the two.

Don’t wait - get it now!

My dog has never really been thrilled about his food. I recently switched it, and he had been eating better. I decided to add this to my autoship order one day , and I’m so glad I did! He gets so excited when I add this to his food! He gobbles it down too. I’ve noticed his hair is more shiny after sever weeks of use. 10/10! (It’s got quite the smell when you open the bag, but it’s not one that is overpowering or lingers)

Why not for Cats?

Chewy answered a question saying this is only for cats, but it's only ingredients are salmon and a preservative that is found in both cat and dog food. No reason cats should not be able to eat, although fish is rough on a cat's kidneys/urinary system as an everyday thing. I used this as a topper for my picky cat's food and she LOVED it! Uma approved

Dog mom

I have used the Jinx chicken topper and my pup loved at first. He is a very picky eater. So thought I would try the salmon. He does like it, but I think it's just to rich for him. Every time I give it to him he throws up. Sad because he did like it.
