JustFoodForDogs Variety Pack Frozen Human-Grade Fresh Dog Food

Not a fan

My dog must be too picky for her own good. She didn't like this food. But to be fair, she doesn't seem to like much of anything as she lives her twilight years. Food was packed ok, but delivered on a hot day in South Carolina so arrived thawed.

My Dog Loves It

My dog is picky when it comes to food and treats, and he gobbled this up. I couldn't believe how fast he ate it. He gets so excited when he sees me take it out of the fridge, and runs over to it as soon as I put it down. I think the ingredients are great, and I feel good feeding this to him because I know it's healthier. I keep it in the freezer and pull out a few pouches at a time, and then just cut it open and put it on is plate. Quick and easy, and I've got a very happy pup.

I received a sample pack for review. I have 2 labs and they both really enjoyed this food; they get excited when I take it out of the fridge. My younger dog is a bit of a picky eater so I wasn't sure if he would go for it, but he gobbled it down. Also, it didn't give my dogs any stomach issues when they were switching to this food. I like to feed it mixed with kibble to stretch it a little further and it works well. It feels good to feed them food that you can actually see the meat and vegetables in.

Not impressed

For the regular price it would have been embarrassing but for 50% off I can toss it off. Just wanted to try for my pups and they didn’t care for either flavor. It was so processed that it looked like paste with some color.

My Pitbull Approved!!!

I want to start off by stating tha we appreciate healthy foods fur dogs. My pitbull is 3 years old and boy he can eat. The food packaging was great. There are plenty of flavors that I could choose from to give my pup and he dug right into the food after I mixed a bag with his original dog food kibble. He literally cleaned his bowl every single time I fed him the JustFoodForDogs packets from the starter kit. I was sent this product to try in exchange for my honest review. I highly recommend at trying it once and see how your canine likes it. I will have to purchase and incorporate this with my pups kibble from now on.

Dog eats his entire food now!

As part of a promotion, I received this starter pack to try out with my dog. I have given it four stars because my dog really enjoys the food, but the photos are a little misleading. The fact that he finally eats his entire bowl is remarkable. The pup I have is a 16-pound chihuahua (a strong 16 pounds, not overweight). The dry food is added to some water and then a tablespoon of the fresh food is added to it. I only knew to do a tablespoon because a friend of mine also has fresh dog food pouches like this and recommended it. It appears that the food is a little mushy and does not look quite like the photograph. It is, however, very well received by my dog, so it is at least worth 4-4.5 stars.

Pricey but dog loves it!

We usually feed out pup dry kibble because it is convenient, but more and more we have been trying to add some variety to her meals. Luckily, she does pretty well when we switch foods so we didn't have any trouble when we tried the JustFoodForDogs Fresh Starter Pack. I love that it contains human-grade, wholesome ingredients and is made without fillers, preservatives, growth hormones, BHA, BHT or artificial colorings. It can be used as a full meal or as a topper. You can see real chunks of veggies in there too. But, most importantly, my dog loved it! Because it is quite pricey, we will probably stick to using it as a topper or an occasional treat meal but we definitely recommend it!

Dogs enjoyed food again

I received this product as a promotion for free to provide feedback. Overall my dogs loved this food. They had been experiencing lack of interest in their normal dog food and when I added this to their food there was no hesitation to eat anymore. The product is not as nice looking as the photos, so that is a little misleading. My two dogs also experienced diarrhea with this food so that is my reasoning for giving 4 stars instead of 5.

Just Food For Dogs...

I have a small 9 lb dog... so these potions in the Variety Pack are just right...larger packs don't last as long once opened so again these smaller packs are opened and eaten whith in a couple days...perfect!!

This was great

This pack was great to see if my picky dog liked the product and to see if he preferred one over the other. He is a 35lb mini Aussie and ate one pouch per meal. I have never seen him lick his food bowl as much as he did with this food. He does prefer fresh food over dry kibble but sometimes he easily gets tired of having the same thing over and over again. Being able to get pouches that are a single serving and come in a variety of flavors is fantastic
