What size should I get for a 50 pound lab mix who destroys toy.
Answer by ChewyJan 30, 2018
The Lightweight measures 5 inches long x 5 inches wide x 2 inches high, the Middleweight measures 6 inches long x 6 inches wide x 2.5 inches high, and the Heavyweight measures 7.25 inches long x 7.25 inches wide x 3 inches high.

Are the lightweight, middleweight and heavyweight versions different hardness of material? It appears they have different shaped protrusions and different sizes based on the "weight" but I can't tell about the hardness of material.
Answer by ChewyAug 26, 2020
The different weights is the sizes suitable for the breed size. The Lightweight is suitable for Small breeds, the Middleweight is suitable for Medium breeds, and the Heavyweight is suitable for Large and Giant breeds.

more light weight then I imagined

I bought this with high hopes it would be a good chew toy for my power chewers. I definitely wouldn’t allow them to play with this toy unattended as it feels light weight and I feel they could easily chew it apart. It does make a good toy for fetch and to play with in the baby pool.

Best toy I EVER bought!!

Bought this toy a few months ago for my then 6 mo old Dobie puppy. This is by far his favorite toy, inside and out, for both stand alone and fetch/tug play. There are teeth marks, but amazingly, no punctures.... This is one tough toy!! Seriously, the BEST toy I have ever bought for any dog I have ever had.

good for treat dispensing

My dogs weren’t really interested in this toy at first, they haven’t destroyed it though. I put treats or peanut butter in the ends & it keeps them busy. Very hard to get out though. I have the largest size offered- I believe. My dogs range from 45-90 pounds, all able to destroy any toy within minutes.

Good Quality

My dog Shilo loves this toy and likes to play tug-of-war with me. It's durable enough for strong chewers and I also think it helps to clean his teeth.

Good for my lab pup

Tough toy, will last a long time. Good for when he has to be in the kennel, I don't worry about him chocking on it.

a new favorite for our pup

our pup loves this toy! he has a few treat dispensing balls- so when he got this one it instantly sparked his interest bc it takes a little more than just rolling it with his paw. treats can be put in two separate sides

Fabulous Toy

My Husky was busy for hours playing with this, which was fantastic for me because then he was not getting into mischief lol.

Not tough enough for my golden retriever

I received this toy (along with two others that were to be durable). My golden retriever ate one of the ends off in less than 30 minutes.

Dinosaur puppy loves this. It is holding up well.

Nice toy for rolling on the floor...calm play for indoors. One year old Lab pup loves chewing on this. She has been carrying it around even when we do stair-climbing exercises.

Fantastic purchase for the price

I have a young shepherd mix that is an extreme chewer. Many toys have been tossed because she was able to get little rubber bits from them. This seems to satisfy her need to chew and she is not trying to bite pieces off. She and I are very happy to have this.
