The JW Pet InSight Cuttlebone Holder Bird Toy is extremely easy to use and will hold any type of cuttlebone for your bird to enjoy. There are no difficult wires—just a plastic support that holds the cuttlebone and a simple screw-on bolt that attaches to both vertical and horizontal cage wires. The adjustable perch can be moved up or down for easier access to the cuttlebone as it is eaten. It’s the simplest way to give your bird the trace minerals and calcium he needs and to keep his beak strong and healthy.
Perfect tool for feeding cuttlebones to your bird, this product holds cuttlebones in place with a plastic barrier to ensure that it doesn't move while your bird eats
No difficult wires to deal with
Additional piece of plastic protruding from the holder makes the perfect perch for your bird to use as he enjoys his meal, also includes a pocket to catch debris and make cleaning up easy
Helps keep cuttlebone debris and fragments from falling outside the cage
Holds all types of cuttlebones, for parakeets, canaries, cockatiels and finches
I ordered this item solely because I could never make the holder that comes with a cuttlebone work. It was always falling. So when I saw this, I sent for it right away. And, it works very very well holding the cuttlebone in place. Plus, I was pleased to note it has a little cup-like section on the bottom, which I imagine is intended to catch the crumbs. Well, that doesn't work very well. There's still a huge mess outside of the cage, but I've just begun to lay a paper towel along the outside of the cage where the crumbs gather. Problem solved. I'm still glad I have it and recommend it.
Love these holders...

These holders are great...I never could get those cheap metal hangers the cuttle bones came with to stay hung up in cages...Now there is no waste and the larger cuttle bones fit just great...Birds love the little perch too...

Very attractive cuttlebone holder... Just wish I could get my green cheek conure to use it. His beak is getting mighty sharp!
So Far So Good with these Cuttlebone Holders

My Cockatiel's & Concure took to the Cuttlebone Holder without fear & use it for cleaning & sanding down their Beaks right away. I don't see why they call it a toy, I don't really want my Birds chewing on Plastic !! Nothing moves on this Holder like a toy, only Clips in the Cuttlebone. I just wanted some way to put up my Cuttlebones in a stable way for my Birds. Can't seem to find any good Clips anymore. Thanks Chewy, Leola A.
Finally the cuttle bone holder that works

This little gadget is great. Cause those little metal clasps suck and always fall off. So this holder really works
Birds not using scuttlebone since buying these holders.

I love the idea behind these holders. The metal clamps provided with the bones are ok for a parakeet but any bird larger knocks it right off the thin wire clamp. These work great for holding the bone but for some reason since I bought these, my birds won't touch the bone. :(

Parakeets loved it and within 2 days one had figured out how to open it, then toss the cuttlebone to the cage floor. This time I put the cuttlebone with the back facing out and it's been the challenge she needed.
Not as good as expected

does its job by holding the cuttlebone, problem is the depth, cuttlebone sits in deep in the well which makes the front side even with the plastic edge of the holder making it difficult for my Lovebird to chew on.
Cuttlebone problem solved!
