This nail file is very weak, it didn't even work on my mini schnauzer and she has tiny nails.
There is nothing in the description that says you need batteries, and... the grinder came without any! All the other dog nail grinders are USB. I chose this because of the size and angle, but I am dumbfounded about the batteries. I must take the back of the unit off, find out the size and go buy batteries. Bad choice. I may just toss it and go back to the USB grinders.
Not enough power to trim nails Do not recommend I don’t recommend a battery operated trimmer
This is a big big RIP OFF. Don't WASTE your money. Cannot even rate it with one star but had to. I got mine and it literally made one solid rotation and then stopped working. Piece of junk.
Doesn’t include batteries and my dogs are still a little nervous about it. I’ll update when I use it.
It was working gr8 til the gronder wuit turn and the motor kept running... I have nothing against Chewy since I didn't buy itfrom Chewy but a pet store..
It's horrible, it's noisy and then it uses four AAA batteries, it's slow. I love the ideas of it though.. it fit in the palm of your hand, so they don't know what's about to happen, just make it a bit faster and then throw in some rechargeable batteries and you got yourself a good product.
Purchased this product. Not powerful enough. Difficult to get your dog nail in small opening.
