    Stopped working suddenly

    By on

It worked great for a few months but suddenly stopped working for no reason. It wasn’t dropped or chewed and we tried multiple different batteries. I wish it had lasted

My dog has not gotten on my bed once since I bought this. I was more than skeptical but it works!

Works if your cat is jumping up and down on top of it.

    By on

I'm really disappointed. This device doesn't react as advertised. My cat walked right up to it and it didn't go off. When I moved it, it went off. I bought it to stop the cat from urinating in a particular spot. It was a total fail. I am contacting Chewy to see if I can return it.

    Great little item

    By on

I love it. My husband, not so much. It makes a loud noise. Keeps the cats from peeing on the counter and less mess on the kitchen floor from the dogs. He turned them off last night. No disturbing noise. Cats and dogs messes everywhere. I think it works great. I would buy a bunch more for other areas of our house.

    Mixed Review

    By on

Well, it certainly is sensitive enough that I set it off continually, but my cats aren't really fazed by it, as far as I can tell - during the day at least. I hear it go off at night but not getting up to check to see if it scared the cats off the countertop, and it definitely hasn't changed any bad behaviors. My cats are good sized but still their touch doesn't always set off the alarm, but just let me lightly put something down on the counter, and it goes off! So mixed review.

    K-11 Vibration Alarm

    By on

This alarm did not sound at all times when the countertop was touched as advertised. I saw my fairly large cat jump onto the counter and the alarm did not go off. Also, for my cats, when the alarm did go off, they were not affected. I am not sure that this happens for all cats, but mine ignored the sound.

    Bit Sensitive?

    By on

Bought this to stop my puppy from putting paws up on a kitchen table. I will admit that I live in a mobile home so probably floors move a bit more than a home on a foundation. But even when I walked into the kitchen, it went off. Think it would work for most and sound does get her attention but using it manually rather than letting it go off with vibrations.

    Possibly effective on skittish pets

We have a 7-month-old Golden Retriever who has taken to countertop surfing. We bought this hoping it would deter him from rummaging in the kitchen, but it was ineffective for two reasons. One, he is unflappable, and this did not flap him in the least! Second, we discovered that he is exceptionally light-footed when he puts his feet on the counter, and this flew under the radar of the alarm's vibration detection. I do not fault the alarm on this -- it seemed to go off with other light vibrations, such as while the dishwasher was running. Finally, I observed another shortcoming consistent with other reviewers: it's impossible to turn on/off the alarm without activating it, which may signal to We have a 7-month-old Golden Retriever who has taken to countertop surfing. It works but my dog does not care.

Works best on kitchen cabinet. It overreacts if placed on kitchen table.
