Instructions
How to open:
Be sure tube is at bottom of pouch.
Using scissors, cut the pouch across the top and remove tube.
How to apply:
Use only on dogs.
Remove applicator tube from the package. Use scissors and peel down foil.
Hold applicator tube in an upright position. Pull cap off tube.
Turn the cap around and place other end of cap back on tube.
Twist cap to break seal, then remove cap from tube.
The dog should be standing for easy application. The entire contents of the K9 Advantix II tube should be applied evenly on the top of the back from the shoulder to the base of the tail. At each spot, part the hair until the skin is visible. Place the tip of the tube on the skin and gently squeeze to expel a portion of the solution on the skin. Do not apply an excessive amount of solution at any one spot that could cause some of the solution to run off the side of the dog.
Discard empty tube.
In cases of severe pest infestations, retreatment is allowable earlier than 4 weeks. Do not retreat more often than once every 7 days. After pest control is attained, return to a monthly retreatment schedule.

Important Information
Fleas rise to the top of your pet's coat as they die, so consider it a triumph if you start seeing more fleas at first, after treating your pet. If you’re still seeing fleas after application, it may be because your pet has picked up new fleas from the environment, which may include other pets, surfaces and outdoor areas. It may take up to 30 days to break the entire flea life cycle. Additionally, you should also treat sources of new fleas (i.e., carpet, yard, etc.) to ensure complete flea control.
About K9 Advantix II
Experience the Advantages of K9 Advantix II
Veterinarian-recommended K9 Advantix II kills fleas, ticks, mosquitoes and lice, and repels biting flies. Now you can help your dog fight these pesky pests through contact—no biting required. Convenient and easy to use, K9 Advantix II is for dogs and puppies 7 weeks of age or older. So help your pal get the effective protection he needs with all of the advantages of K9 Advantix II.
Why are Biting Bugs a Big Deal?
K9 Advantix II spreads over the skin and hair to kill and repel them through contact, meaning they do not have to bite to die. And if a flea, tick or mosquito is repelled, it cannot bite and transmit disease.
Why Choose K9 Advantix II?
Fleas, ticks and mosquitoes can negatively affect your pet's health. It's important to use an effective product that kills pests which can spread disease. Fleas can cause flea allergy dermatitis, an allergic reaction that can lead to constant scratching, severe itching and even hair loss. Ticks can transmit deadly diseases, such as Lyme disease and Rocky Mountain spotted fever. And mosquitoes can potentially carry dangerous diseases, too, including heartworm. K9 Advantix II should not be used in place of a heartworm disease prevention product.
Is K9 Advantix II the Right Choice for Your Dog?
Whether your dog is a winter snow hound or a summer backyard explorer, an sunseeker or an outdoor enthusiast, choose K9 Advantix II to help keep fleas, ticks and mosquitoes from interrupting his favorite activities year-round. If you want to return the love to your dog, take care of him with flea prevention that works to kill the fleas you see and the ones you don't.

Buttons and Papi
They are allergic to wearing the plastic collars;they both scratch continuously until hair falls out, so I get them fle and tick spot, which I usually get frontline but this is suppose to kill so much more. I only used one application, but the tubes are so small, I swear nothing came out of the one I put on Buttons and she was still scratching. Papi's tube wasn't full either, I hope this isn't the rest of them!

Good product
I give my dogs Advantix II and Heartguard the first of every month. They work well. The only thing I didn't like was having two shipments because one required vet approval. Just hold one until the other is ready and mail them both at the same time. Otherwise I have to watch for 2 packages and fend off porch pirates until I can get home.

Bad reaction
We have a 14 lb mini poodle / Jack Russell mix. We've always got the Revolution, or the Selerid flea tick heartworm but she had a shot for heartworm so my vet said to order any flea/tick topical for her. The treatment the vet had was around $133.00. I saw the price of the K9 Advantix and ordered it. For some reason they didn't have to send order to get the vet to approve it. I applied the treatment last week; followed directions on the box. She had a horrible reaction later that night. Vomitted her dinner and was going nuts and could tell the 3 places where I put the treatments were irritating her skin. Since then she has not been able to keep any food down. Every meal she has vomitted and she still reaching toward her backside where I placed treatment. I called the vet and then called the # on back of box of the manufacturer. They suggested we wash the area. We have done that twice and this hasn't helped. Whatever is in the K9 Advantix is way to potent for her and just wanted to warn others about that. We are going to reach out to her vet again today since she hasn't eaten in 4 days. Lesson learned; will stick w/ what I know and not try to save a dollar.

Good stuff!!
I have used this flea treatment for years and it has always worked for us. I have noticed no adverse reaction and do not use flea shampoo or other flea products. We live on 5 acres and our dogs come in/out as they please. I like that you don't need any type of RX from the vet. Chewy has good incentives to purchase from them throughout the year!

BAD REACTION
This caused angry irritation at the application site with days of intense itching at the site. I will not use on my dog again.

Would give it 0 stars or less.
Compared to the small bit of searching our
dog did from the few fleas we found. ADVANTIX 2 tortured him. His skin turned raw and so far foe over 24 hours he is suffering. The vet said to wash it off of him and give him Benadryl which has only given him a little relief and they said if it continues tomorrow to bring him in for a huge vet bill I'm sure Do not make the same mistake!! Andvatix 2 has been a nightmare.
