Very helpful for training
I have two slip leads, and I prefer this one...I to just ordered another to keep in the car. The way it's braided adds the element of mildly self locking. The other, due to it's slick surface and larger diameter, I have to constantly readjust into the safe zone of my GSD/ACD, causing a break in training. Training with this lead, training has been very successful.
Beautiful, but too slippery
The leash is beautiful, yet you have to fiddle with the retainer to get it not to slip outa place, very slick material. Would NOT recommend!
Works great
Wonderful for training my dog! She is scared of everything and this is helping me to expose her to different "scary things".
I've had this leash 15 years
I've had this least since sometime before 2008. It's a little frayed but still holing strong. I recently got a similar one from another company for my other dog but now I'm buying this one because I like it better! Note, it is closer to 5 feet because the 6 feet is total and it has to wrap around your dog.

Great leash, looks and feels durable! Nice selection of colors!
Great Quality
It feels nice in the hand and isn't too abrasive. Feels very sturdy and the length is nice as well. The adjustable tab makes for a snug, comfortable fit, so I won't have to worry about the leash loosening up too much for the dog to slip out.
Good for walking shelter dogs
When I take shelter dogs to adoption events, a lot of the time they don’t have collars. These leashes have an adjustable tab that helps keep the collar from coming off. With dogs that are not trained, the slip collar gives more control, but is not as tight as a metal slip collar. They aren’t rough on my hands, either. I don’t care about the color, so the lower price on the rose leashes was appreciated.
