Great quality
Nice sturdy carrier for any airline! Cat seems to be comfortable. Will fit under the seat with ease. Grateful for the pockets for items I need to bring along.
Description not accurate
Even the picture on the box is not accurate. They make it appear that an animal under 10 pounds can lie down. He cannot. He would have to sit up the entire time. First time I have been dissatisfied with anything from Chewy.
Great Design
This carrier does it all. It’s one of the few that rolls on four wheels so you can get it through an airport without carrying it, easily converts to backpack and is perfect for under airline seat. Quality construction makes it a good value purchase. Kudos to the designer, they covered all the bases in one piece.
Very disappointed
I purchased this for my Cat, I was very disappointed. I have had other rolling carriers of superior quality from Chewy. I have purchased another carrier that I had bought in the past. It is more expensive, but you get what you pay for,
Backpack strap seam open
There is mesh fabric underneath the backpack strap that wasn’t caught when they sewed the seam, it’s open exposing the inside foam about 3 inches in length. Will have to send back.
