Assorted Colors: SIKE
I bought one hoping it would be pink because like almost EVERY object on chewy advertises the pink version of it but what color do we ALWAYS get? BLUE. I took this original disappointment up with one of the employees and they informed me they would put in a request for pink but again it depends on what each facility has. I don't understand how you can constantly be out of pink, it's almost like McDonald's with their ice cream machine always being broken, better yet, why not allow people to choose the color they want and if it's out of stock they can wait for when it's in stock? This assorted color option is bogus when clearly the only color anyone ever gets is blue. Now I have two blue dust huts with only one chinchilla.

Hole is to small
I would not buy this again the hole is to small our older 2 Chinchillas have trouble getting in and out of this because of the hole is to small what a waste of money
great bath house
As some reviewers mentioned, mine did not come damaged and the dust was not glued to the house, just taped so it came off easily. My chin loves it and it does what it’s supposed to do. Plastic is bad for chins to chew on so I supervise her while she is using it to make sure she doesn’t chew on the plastic

After 23 years with 13 chinchillas (9 currently) and a widespread variety of dust bath houses ranging from glass to wood to ceramic to plastic to metal, I must say this acrylic one is still the only one after 11 years that hasn’t broken or gotten warped in any way! PERFECT amount of room and shape for them to roll comfortably and get evenly coated in dust, with a minimal amount of dust that gets kicked out (unavoidable no matter what style bath house). This house also stands up to high heat very well when washing in hot water between uses. Your chins will literally be fighting (careful supervising lol!) for their turn! Since it is plastic and therefore toxic to chins if ingested, it is advised to monitor them while in use, but I’ve never had this issue, as they are usually too busy addictively rolling around to bother with chewing it! Left in the cage for too long, however, and you do run the risk of them chewing it, but it is super sturdy plastic and most will only nick it with their teeth. After 11 years and many many chins with twice weekly use, there are probably only 5 or so teeth marks in mine lol 100% recommend!
Works perfectly
This dust bath house is great for chinchillas. I love how it keeps the dust in and doesn't make a mess. This thing saved me from having my chinchilla run loose all over the house and having to chase her! She jumped out of her cage when I opened the door and I put her dust bath house in front of her and she hopped right in so I didnt have yo try catching her. Whew! Luckily she loves her dust baths!
awesome for baby chicks
So I bought this for our baby chicks to dust bathe in and it is AWESOME. It’s big. Purple. So cute. Not an eyesore and definitely big enough for a chin or hamster etc but we’re using it to dust bathe baby chicks that were born over Easter. It’s awesome for that too. Def best dust bath container on market. Supppper happy

Our hedgehog loves this. Put some sand in bottom, and they know what to do. Its actually funny to watch them sand bath. Very fast shipping as well.
