Bought this for my cat in preparation for when we travel next month. I bought a medium sz dog crate.. the ones that is just blk metal.. I bought this water bottle so no spilling of water bowls while I drive... I set it up in the crate with cat food in the crate so the cat would get comfortable in the crate at home. It took about 2 weeks for her to realize the funny looking (to her) bottle thing had water in it. Now.... she ONLY drinks out of the bottle.. doesnt drink out of her water bowl any more.. lol I guess she likes it!!!!

Leaks. Cheap product.

Bottle constantly drips from metal ball tip making the hamsters bedding soaked. Plus he is always out of water to drink. It comes with nothing but a flimsy wire to hold it up and is continously slipping lose.

Chemical odor

Despite washing these in hot soapy water they have a chemical smell so I don't trust using them for my degus or for donating to a shelter with Chewy's returnless refund as was suggested to me. The older bottles I have of this same brand/make didn't have this issue.

Bottle leaks, the wire to hold it is flimsy. Moves when guinea pig try to drink.
