Poor quality

I love the Crittertrail products but this one is far from the rest. It got 2 stars because my mice did love it but it ended up being a bathroom. Because of the holes on the top and bottom pieces, the urine and feces all seeped out over the top of the cage and the table it was on. The overall construction was very poor, it cracked the first day I recieved it and both holes that connect to the other pieces broke off so it is completely unusable and unfixable. Very disappointed
