When introducing a new food, begin with a mixture of "old and new" food, gradually increasing the amount of new food over a 7-10 day period. This will prevent digestive upset as well as allow your pet to adjust to the new food. Adjust portion for proper weight maintenance and when feeding additional pets. Discard any uneaten food and clean dish before each feeding.

NOT HERBS!
By Natalie on Jan 7, 2021
The pictures are very misleading it looks like just a bunch of herbs and hay so I bought it thinking it would be good scavenging food for my gerbils but what I got was just pellets and what looks like 1% of carrots and hay for the whole mix. I am very unhappy because I thought I found a good herbs and plant mix for my little girls but it’s just pellets. I am not going to open the product and I plan to return it and buy an actual herb mix IN STORE so I know what I’m actually getting. I hate ordering online for this exact reason but I thought it would save me money but I was wrong. Always be careful online when ordering items!

Totally different then first purchase
By Kathy on Nov 18, 2020
I bought this for the first time a month or so ago and my bunny Wendy who is VERY picky loved it. First bag was full of all the ingredients listed. The second bag that I received last week is TOTALLY different - basically FULL of just pellets, a few carrots and that's it. Wendy will barely touch it. Not sure how one product can be SO different between orders. Though I had finally fount the perfect food - not so much!

Our bunny loves it
By Karin on Jul 19, 2020
My daughter has a Netherland Dwarf bunny. She is about 4 years old. She has always been great with eating. Recently she had started leaving the pellets from her food. So we started trying other food. We went through 2 other brands that she just turned her nose up at and refused to eat. I decided to try this one after reading some reviews of other picky rabbits liking it. Guess what our picky girl loves this food.

Picture is misleading
By bunmom on Jun 12, 2020
I would never buy this again. It is 99percent pellets. The picture looked like it had a good amount of the yummy stuff in it but it doesn't . My rabbit sniffed it and wouldn't eat it. Don't bother. I usually get them a different brand but thought they might enjoy this.Thank goodness I got the regular brand this time too.

Great Rabbit Food
By Lydia on Feb 20, 2020
I have the same problem as another reviewer said, I have a very picky bunny! Unfortunately, I had run into a huge issue with the food I had been buying for my bun from Tractor Supply.....maggots. Yes, maggots in my bunny's food!! He loved that food so I gave them many chances to fix the problem but they never did. It took me forever to find another food that he liked. Once I found this one I knew it was a keeper. No fillers or ingredients he doesn't need or like. I can't put this food in his bowl fast enough! Kaytee and Chewy: please don't stop making/selling this!

Dexter Approved
By Chele on Feb 20, 2020
Our rabbit came to us with a high alfalfa content pellet. He was outdoors in a hutch year round and kind of skinny when we got him. Now that he is indoors (it’s winter time) he was getting chubby. Decided to try these pellets and he loves the mix. Especially the bits of grass and dried dandelions. He’s now at a good weight and maintaining.

Junk Free Rabbit Food!
By BunnyMom on Dec 31, 2019
Love this food because there are no junky fillers or un-natural ingredients. It is just pellets plus ingredients a rabbit would naturally find in the wild such as carrot, marigold, and timothy hay. My bunny went crazy for this stuff. As soon as I put it in her cage, she dug her head in to the bowl and ate. In the past I was spending time cutting up vegetables to put in her bowl with a plain pellet type diet. Food from the Wild has all the ingredients already in the mix so I do not have to add anything

Lokks like we finally have a winner!
By cathy on Dec 6, 2019
I have looked at the list of ingredients and I am going to try this product because although it is not pure timothy hay, it is wholesome and natural. Do you really think bunnies in the wild ONLY eat timothy hay? Of course not! They need a little variety, like the flavors in this. I hope my bunny buns loves it! It sounds healthier than some other products I've tried. She loves the "sweets and nuts" in the other brands and I know too much of those things is not good for her, but she loves the product with the flavors mixed in with the hay, and these are mostly the same, so I think she'll love it and I will feel better giving her a healthier option. At this point, she will not just eat the tim I have looked at the list of ingredients and I am going to try this product because although it is not pure timothy hay, it is wholesome and natural. Disappointed
By Annabelle on Apr 7, 2020
Not as advertised. It did not contain all the mix in it. It was mostly pellets and a few carrot slices.
