My piggie loves this, especially the little "pretzel" pieces they include in the mix...but the last two times I've ordered this, half of the bag is crushed pellet dust. I don't know if this is a manufacturer issue or if it is shipping/Chewy. This is a great food thought, at a good price.
The hay was very very dry. And it was packed so tightly in the bag, it was very hard to pull some out, and got all over the floor.
It’s a great product, my Guinea pig are the whole thing in 30 minutes!
Mr. Fluffy Pants loves these pellets. I keep his bowl full along with his hay feeder completely stocked. I also give him plenty of fresh veggies a couple times a day. When I refill his pellets he stops whatever he's doing and runs over to the bowl.
We rescued a Guinea pig and this was the first food we've bought. He seems to like it and is noticeably eating more than he was the first week (on leftover food from his old home) which is good because he's underweight. Happy with this and hoping it helps him keep growing & getting healthier!
Our pig loves this food. She weeds out all the colorful ones and then eats the rest. Can’t be unhealthy she’s over six, its the only dry food she gets and she’s still as feisty as ever, don’t believe everything you read. Also, you should be giving them dark greens and carrots at least, with the kibble.
Started buying this for my guinea pig when I realized I should stop buying him pellets with treats mixed into them. He finds this food very delicious.
My piggers love this food with the "treats" . But my last delivery wasn't what it was supposed to be. It was canary food. I don't have birds and I paid for pig food.
My guinea pig will not eat this food. I have not had luck with this brand for the guinea pig or my dwarf rabbit.
So we've tried several kinds of guinea food for our Radar. Some he's liked, others not so much, but this was the first one he went absolute nuts over. He loves it. Only complaint is that the bag was torn when it arrived and a good amount spilled out into the box.
