    Containment Cage

    By blyguy219 on Jan 5, 2021

lol this cage is not to keep your guinea’s in permanently. This is for if you need to separate them or maybe possibly put two cages of these next to each other if your guineas are aggressive. Don’t get a guinea for a just a cute animal. If only getting one, you MUST spend a lot of time with it, guinea’s need at least one other cage mate making this cage not the fit for that

buying this is negligent to put any animal in this

By ratlover on Oct 23, 2020

If you put any animal in this it’s animal abuse it is wayyyy to small and any cages smaller than this I hate these type of cages and the marketing of these “cutesy cages” it disgusts me just because the animal is small does NOT mean you have the right to put them in tiny cages they need space to play and roam while they are in their enclosure I have 2 rats myself and they have a single critter nation and I do plan to put the add on when I have the chance and money. And geniua pigs are a lot larger than rats. If you can’t afford to take actual good care of your pets then don’t get them. Simple. you should be ashamed of yourself if you think this tiny cage is ever appropriate how would you feel If you put any animal in this it’s animal abuse it is wayyyy to small and any cages smaller than this I hate these type of cages and the marketing of these “cutesy cages” it disgusts me just because the animal is small does NOT mean you have the right to put them in tiny cages they need space to play and roam while they are in their enclosure I have 2 rats myself and they have a single critter nation and I do plan to put the add on when I have the chance and money. Too Small of a Cage

By Isabella on Sep 2, 2020

Hello, I would like to point out that this cage and cages like these are FAR too small for Guinea Pigs, Rats, Chinchillas, Degus, Mice, Rabbits, and Hamsters. If kept in a cage like these, they can become mean, depressed, sad, and bored. Please do consider not biting this, and buying the MidWest guinea pig cage instead, or making a C&C cage. Have a great day and thank you for reading!

By Elena on Apr 9, 2020

OMG this cage is so small for guinea pigs please dont get it for this price you can get a very nice cage that has alot of room. Guinea Pigs need alot of room to run, exercise, and play. This cant fit one Guinea pig and imagine getting 2 of them, you at least need 7.5 square feet minimum and it says its a "Large Guinea Pig Habitat" thats just horrible.

Kaytee large habitat for guniea pigs

    By CountrySweetHeart84 on May 16, 2020

I think the cage is good. My little guniea pig didn’t like the whole climbing up to get her food and water so I made it to where she didn’t have to do that

    AWFUL worst cage ever

By Mackenzie on May 26, 2020

This cage is neglectful for guinea pigs, they need 7.5 square feet minimum and this cage is no where near that, let alone that you can get a proper sized cage for less then $40

    DONT BUY THIS!!!

    By Klsp7638 on Apr 30, 2020

This cage is waaaaay to small for any animal!! Guinea pigs and hamsters need room to run play and hide! This cage would cramp everything in and your piggies would not be happy!!! They say it’s large but it’s not even close!!

NOT big enough for even a hamster!

By luna on Feb 27, 2020

the cage requirement for a hamster is 450 square inches. not sure what it is for a guinea pig, and i don’t feel like doing the math but there’s no way this is over 200. cages like this should not be sold anymore, much less marketed to guinea pigs! they need space! i would recommend a bin cage that’s at least 550 square inches. there’s plenty of youtube videos on how to make them <3

    Bachelor Pad

By Nicole on Jun 7, 2019

It only took my piggy two days to understand the ramp and loft area. I placed his food and water up top and he walks up and down the ramp with ease. He loves hiding under the loft. I placed a Snak shack in there, which gives him plenty of hiding options. He prefers cozying up underneath the loft. He is a family pet and a classroom pet, so I appreciate the convenience of the wheels. I wish the cage locked in better to the bars. I do appreciate that they come apart... so it’s not a huge issue. I think it would be even better if the wheel base was about a foot taller. It would make wheeling him a little less strenuous, since I’m tall and have to bend over to properly wheel the cage around. I heard that piggies need at least 8 sqft of living space. This cage isn’t quite that big. However, it is roomy and much bigger than what you will find at normal pet supply stores. I love this cage and may even buy another to have a set at school and at home. … more
