I had an accidental litter with my rat, Druid. She loves this as a little rat nest for her and her 11 (!!) babies. I would recommend. The price is steep, but this is an invaluable piece for a rat with babies. She IMMEDIATELY moved her brood into it and seems very happy with how much privacy and protection it offers. It also fits a full rat litter with the mom. Lovely, lovely piece for a maternity cage.

there are to holes in the nest. came with some cotine to help start his nest.

Bigger than I thought it would be, just barely fits in my gerbil cage but with a little rearranging of things it works. Bonkers and Zumies love it! In and out and on top and under they go!

My miniature bunny loves it. She jumps through it like a hoop. She will gently bite the grass and usually destroys anything made of grass in a few minutes. She sticks her head in it and picks it up in the air. I think she thinks it's alive. Best toy and longest lasting one she has ever had.

They haven't chewed on it much yet but when i put it in their cage, they immediately were climbing all over it and messing with the stuff inside of it having lots of fun, they like laying in it too but I think they see it as more of a toy than anything haha

Put it in the cage as soon as I got it and my four boys immediately checked it out. They have a lot of choice as far as hides are concerned and their top fave is still the spacepod but they really checked this over and I've been finding one or two inside it or crawling on top of it rolling around since. I have no doubt they'll destroy it but that's why I got it. XD It's nice and big, no chemical smell, and can probably fit two of my medium sized boys. Makes for good mental stimulation.

I have a flying squirrel that chose my home to sneak into and never leave. He wasn't purchased, he just showed up and I've managed to keep him for over a year now. He does like to tear up stuffed animals and make them his bed. He will NOT use the bed material they sell, so I wasn't holding my breath that he would use this, but he DOES. I've found him in it everyday since I put it in his "house".
