Enjoyed by the Birds I Love!
I first tried this Safflower seed last year, as a foil to the many Blackbirds and Grackles, eating me out of house and home, and bullying my Spring migrants. Much to my delight, a Rose Breasted Grosbeak pair, began feasting daily on this Kaytee Safflower seed, which I had placed 20 yards away from by Black Oil Sunflower seed. The bully birds never touched the Safflower, so my desirable birds could eat in peace.

Feed my little wild birds on my yard daily with water also. More than 20 sing in jubilation. The squirrels don't come to hoard it.

I received this for free as part of a Cash Back program for my honest review. I'm glad I had an opportunity to try this seed. It's more economical & definitely attracts the birds. I also gave some to my Son to use in his feeder in the backyard. He agreed that he has noticed fewer squirrels & chipmunks around the tree where the feeder is & in his yard.

I am so impressed with this food and I’m convinced it’s a favorite! I just put this in my feeder and within minutes I had birds taking their turns to enjoy it! I would highly recommend this and will definitely be purchasing this again!
Excellent product
The packaging is superb which does not allow moths and other bugs to develop. Fresh product not old like some other competitors and wish they would carry the logs.
Deters squirrels
I have never tried this seeds before. it says it reduces squirrels from visiting the feeders so I guess it's unpleasant to them. not sure if my birds will like it though. we shall see. I also have a few possums in the backyard at night (they are very quiet and gentle mammals), not sure if they also dislike it.

Good size for refilling
nice big bag easy to refill feeders. I like getting a large bag so I can put a bunch out in containers and it’ll be a bit before I need to refill. Attracts lots of different kinds of birds. I received this for free for testing purposes
