I got this toy for my 4 month old lionlop bunny baby thinkingnit would be the perfect boredom buster! This toy was WAY too small for a rabbit even though the package says great for rabbits. This toy would be great for a rat or gerbil or something with a small nose and mouth but the hole was far to small for my furbaby to get the treat out!!!
Don’t buy even if free

I thought these were cute so i ordered them. They are a waste of money and are currently collecting dirt. My rabbits don’t want anything g to do with them. So disappointed. Save your money.
Rats Absolutely Loved It!

Bought for my five rat boys. I didn't have a free corner for it so I used only one screw through the bars and it held pretty well like that. In just two days my boys had completely shredded up the carrots. Maybe they're flavored? I don't know. I've gotten them other wood chews they ignore but these ones they went crazy for! Now the base works well as a ledge for climbing but would love to get more carrots for it.
Too easy, not enough space

There isn't much space under the carrots to hide treats, and my rats figured it out immediately
Great for rats

got this for my 3 adult rats and they loved it. They enjoyed pulling the treats out of the holes (which are deep but rats are good at grabbing things) and love chewing the carrots. The carrots are almost completely destroyed after a few days in the cage, which means that they really liked them. I wish I could order the carrots alone since my rats like them so much. The wood does stain around the platform which isn't a big deal since it just discolors their shavings. not sure what the big hole in the middle is for, though.
Too small for a rabbit

My bun ended up tossing the base to get to the treats. He does enjoy playing with the carrots.
Gave it a Try but...

I bought this for two baby bunnies. The color leaked when it became wet from water or otherwise, and was largely ignored. The wells were too deep and it didn’t attach to the cage well meaning it floated in the cage and left screws to trip on. Ultimately when doing our first deep clean I removed it altogether since the carrots were too heavy and the color ran so badly. Decent toy but not made for all.

This toy is ridiculously difficult to install considering how limited the installation is. Once you unscrew the screws they’re impossible to screw back on without rotating the entire toy. After 30 minutes I gave up and just let it sit in the cage with only one screw in. The one positive is that it *does* sit mostly upright with one screw in, but that’s a bit silly. Cherry on the cake is my rabbit doesn’t play with it or even acknowledge it at all.... if you’re looking for interior design for your bun’s cage then go for it, otherwise I don’t recommend.
Such a good toy to get!!!

I got this toy for my bunny and he loves it. I put treats at the bottom where the carrot holes are and he will take out the carrots and eat the treats. He had also ate all of the green tops off those are his favorite types of treats.

Buddy the guinea pig has fun during floor time with this toy. We don't keep it in his cage all the time and it's only brought out while playing outside his pen so he doesn't get used to it and bored with it. We will hide small treats under the removable carrots. He sniffs them out, plucks the carrot out of the hole and grabs his surprise! The snacks have to be on the smaller side to fit in the holes with the carrots but it's not an issue.
