Shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds immediately before each use. Add 5-10 m (1-2 tsp) per 55 gallons of aquarium water to an area of high water flow each day until target calcium level and alkalinity are reached. Due to its highly concentrated formula, dosing will cause cloudiness which should dissipate within two hours. It is recommended that Kent Marine Liquid Calcium Reactor be added to the system in the evening in order to counter the natural tendency for pH to decrease at night. When added at a rate of 1 ml per gallon of purified water, calcium concentration should increase by 33 ppm and carbonates by 51 ppm.
