Maintain your marine aquarium pH levels and build your KH with Kent Marine Superbuffer-dKH Marine Aquarium pH Treatment. Low pH levels are caused by fish waste, overfeeding and overstocking. Acidity or low pH can cuase stress, illness or even death. Kent Marine Superbuffer-dKH Marine Aquarium pH Treatment is a specially formulated pH buffer and alkalinity or carbonate hardness (KH) builder, designed to adjust and maintain the pH of saltwater aquariums to the range of 8.0 to 8.3. It is designed to mix clear with little to no cloudiness, precipitation or flakey buildup on coral.
Specially formulated pH buffer designed to adjust the pH of saltwater aquariums to 8.0 to 8.3 and build KH
Stabilizes pH and prevents pH drop
Designed to mix clear with little to no cloudiness or precipitation, and will not flake on coral
For each 20 - 30 gallons, dissolve 1 tsp in a cup of aquarium water. Mix well and add directly to tank or sump each day until the desired pH and alkalinity (carbonate hardness or KH) are reached. Wait 1 hour to re-measure alkalinity and wait 24 hours to re-measure pH levels. Full pH increase and stabilization may take up to 48 hours. After target pH and alkalinity are reached, use at 2 week intervals to maintain values. If you are having trouble maintaining calcium or buffer levels, check to see that the salt mix you are using contains natural seawater levels of magnesium. Low levels of magnesium will result in poor calcium solubility and buffering.
Smaller container than competitors, raises dkh drastically,
I've used this product on my reef systems for years

Kent Superbuffer dKH is an awesome product for keeping your alkalinity and pH stable in your reef system. I've been reefkeeping for over 25 years, and also owned my own reef specialty shop and always had great performance from this product. I also am very happy with Chewy's customer service and fast shipping of the products I order. Highly recommend both!

I've been using this product for several years and have never experienced any problems with it. It dissolves quickly and buffers both my 210 gal. (reef tank) & my 350 gal. (shark tank) to the correct ph level.
