    I hesitated buying this for a bit but knew I had to act quickly as our road trip neared. My #1 reason for not buying was because a few reviews said the tether is only connected to the fabric, which is pretty worrisome. This is true, but there is a nylon loop connected to the tether that you pull the seat belt through (see photo). This keeps the fabric anchored to the chair eliminating this worry. It is clearly mentioned in the instructions. The 1-star review shows this nylon loop but maybe the person missed it. Our 15ish lb. Cavachon loves it. Definitely go for the large size if you have a longer puppa. There is a gap between the bed and seat but the bed side is rigid. So happy we bought this one. … more

    bought this to help with nervous dog, she seemed no calmer with this despite being able to see out window better. her feet slipped between the cushion and the hard sides and that seemed to make her more nervous. also, the clip intended to keep her safe in the seat is only attached to the fabric, not bought this to help with nervous dog, she seemed no calmer with this despite being able to see out window better. her feet slipped between the cushion and the hard sides and that seemed to make her more nervous. also, the clip intended to keep her safe in the seat is only attached to the fabric, not through the hard foam so that makes ME nervous. we've gone back to our Kurgo seatbelt system because at least she'll be safer if we're ever in an accident … more
