Looks to be a good product. Easy to use. However dogs refuse to use the bowl, so I am donating the bowl and returning the filters.

These were very different than last ordered

I have had the drink system for years. I ordered the replacement filters and this time they had a chemical smell that I did not detect until I noticed my cat looking to the other water fountain to drink from. She doesn't like that other fountain. I took out the filters rinsed them again, as I did before I began using them, and they get cleaned every 3 days. I don't know what the manufacturer did but I will never buy them again.

Clean flow water bowl is a great product for you animals. The filter could be made a bit better...They still work for catching large particles as for small mmm not so great..

This is a good idea product, just that the overseas makers are cheap. They didn't put much thought into the filters, as the filters lack carbon to filter the bad ju ju voodoo stuff. So I've added carbon tablets to the area between the intake grill and filter, works great now, and the kats are much happier with the taste of their water!

These filters ordered small, were too large for the water dispenser. I LOVE the circulating water dispenser, but was disappointed that the only option for replacement filters did not fit. This was a first, love all others products from chewy. The service is 5 star!!
