I need new covers for my heated pads. Where can I get them or can I buy another fabric to put on them.

The K&H Lectro-Soft Heated Bed Deluxe Replacement Covers are available through the manufacturer. Please do not cover K&H Outdoor Heated Pad and Beds with other bedding or materials.
Can I leave this pad plugged in 24/7 on cold days and nights. I usually turn it off during the day until it got colder. It is a feral in a wood shed.

This heated pad may be plugged in as needed. MET Safety Laboratories suggests unplugging the bed if you leave your home on an extended vacation, as they do with any electrical appliance. Otherwise, it is designed for 24/7 operation and you can leave it plugged in all day or night.
When I plug the units in, they blink and keep blinking no matter which buttons I push. Does anyone else have this problem? After 20 or so minutes of trying we somehow?? got the unit to stay at 100 and stop flashing, but we don't know how e did it.

The pad once plugged in can take up to 1-2 hours to fully heat depending on the weather conditions, you shouldn't have to hit a button to start.
Can this pad withstand larger animals? I have two 300-lb mini horses and I am looking for something to help them through our terribly cold nights.

This product is great for average sized pets, not large animals. The Small measures 12.5 inches long x 18.5 inches inches wide. The Medium measures 16.5 inches long x 22.5 inches inches wide. The Large measures 22.5 inches long x 28.5 inches inches wide.
