Nice Cat Pad Cover
It fits the 12.5-inch X 18.5-inch extreme weather perfectly. It takes a tiny effort to get it on the heating pad but is perfectly snug once all the way onto the heating pad.

Some improvements needed---
I have several K&H heated pads and two houses for the outdoor kitties. I have no more room inside to take any more in. I really like that this cover zips, but another 1/4 inch in width would have really helped. I bought two because the elastic bands on the old ones were so stretched out that the covers shifted. The new ones just barely went on the 12 x 18 heated pads. I also prefer the cream colored ones so I can see when they need to be laundered.
Almost too small
The deluxe cover was so small I almost never got it on the cat pad. The quality is good-the size almost too small.
Cat pad cover
Item was a bit snug going on the heating pad but certainly fit after a little coaxing. Comes off easily and can be cleaned easily.
Poor quality
I ordered 2 of these to use with heated pad. They didn't fit and were thin material. They weren't worth returning and are already in the garbage. Very disappointed in this purchase
soft and warm
Great replacement cover for heated cat pad. It fit's perfectly, zipping up easily. My outdoor ferals have some warmth during the winter months thanks to K&H heated pet products.
